This is a KFC branch located in a gas station. It is not easy to say that it is a clean hall. The tables were really dirty. It is obvious that it is not checked frequently. However, I can say that it has a fast service. However, the problem is! There was a hair in the mashed potatoes that came with the chicken..! As you can see in the picture! So now I am not only worried about the dirty seating area! I also have health concerns! I think public health needs to inspect the operation here urgently!

We drove through drive at 8:12pm , there was no one in line. The employee announced on the intercom to wait and the he be with us in few mins…. as if they were busy inside and or as if he was working alone.

When he took our order, he sounded rushed and or high. After each order he kept saying is that it? Are you done? Anything else???

We got a 2 piece combo, side up to Mac n Cheese
Pepsi no ICE….. yet still tried to give us, Pepsi with ICE!!!!!!

Added an order of cheese curd and a large fries.

Had us pull over to the exit door. Took 15 mins, finally came out. When he did, we ask for marinara sauce, mumbled and said, “ Naw, we don’t have marinara sauce, I wish we did.” Then quickly left, when we opened up our order our large fries was mixed with wedges and very few fries. One of the pieces of combos was old while the other was fresh. If this location doesn’t closed til 12am why is should there be a 15 mins wait and old fries????? Will not ever come back! Do better!!!

Last night we had a small problem with our order. We love Siloam Springs KFC, always the best chicken!!
I went in and asked to speak with a manager…Kaitlyn came right over immediately and didn’t even question the issue. She just did it!

I came in to get some chicken and was told by the cashier lady after she was done talking to her friends that there was a 20 minute wait on chicken cuz they didnt have any cooked. It was 6:30 at night! You know there is a dinner rush. Its not fast food if we have to wait 30 minutes for food! Why wouldn’t you have any chicken cooked? I left and went next door to Popeyes. Less than 5 minutes to get my food there. I won’t be back here again. Management needs to fire their employees cuz their lazy.

Absolutely no reason for why this store is as dirty as it is when it just opened. And what the crap is this? The manager replaced it for me but I called the other stores. They try to make the excuse about it being pressure cooked. That has nothing to do with the issue saying that’s why they look small and stuff. The third picture is the good looking replacement.

They didnt have Pot Pies…lol. The whole reason we stopped in. But the manager, who took our order and helped us, was super nice and suggested other options that were just as good. We had take out, but the dinning room was clean, welcoming and full of cute decor.
Service was fast and the food was fresh.

Ordered through door dash and nothing for my order was right the sandwiches were supposed to be the honey BBQ and it was not it was just a plain chicken sandwich not even mayo. Ordered the spicy Mac bowl and got famous bowl with mashed potatoes

If I could give this place 0 stars, that’s what it would get. Walked in and every table was dirty. There was no one in line or anyone at the tables. The cashier that was there to take our order got mad when we asked to wipe the tables down. She grabbed her manager to take our order. I came in with 6 others and I went ahead and ordered first with the manager. 5 other people still had to order. The manager walked away into her office as she saw 5 others still needing to order. In this time the cashier was still wiping the tables down and didn’t even clean them all the way. The guy in the kitchen got the manager and she told us that she didn’t realize everyone else needed to order. Obviously the people who work here do not like their job and it shows. There’s a difference in trying to do your job and just being plain lazy. Period.
