Honestly, KFC? $13 for a sandwich combo and you give it a drop of mayo, completely forget the pickles, and give me bread with weird crap, dots, and black lines on it. DO BETTER.
The staff was great in store. Didn’t notice this until I got home to eat, though.

I returned to our Centerton KFC and found some improvement. The 3 piece chicken dinner was looking tasting much better. Very please with the meal. The dining area was still in bad shape but the food improvement was noticeable

Okay fast forward to today. Went through the drive thru and ordered 8 piece meal. Boy was i surprised at checkout … $31. Large
sides were good. When I opened the bucket the top pieces were large but not super big. Get to the bottom the pieces got smaller. Whatever KFC considers an actual piece of chicken didn’t meet my expectations. The breading was soggy and nasty. The quality of the chicken and portion sizes feel well below my expectations.

Very disappointed with how dirty the lobby and dining area was. Came in with my family to enjoy a meal and every table and underneath was dirty. There was no napkins or lids for cups. Spilled drinks all over the counter. The cashier was nice but it felt disgusting eating in a place like that. We were the only dine in customers and drive thru was slow. I saw at least 3 workers. No excuse for a dirty place like that.

Great staff and great food!
My first experience at this KFC was severely disappointing but the GM Gabriel reached out and replaced my order. The experience with him and quality of the replacement food was definitely 10/10.

The boy trentonthat took are order was not happy to be there. He gave me the wrong change back. The food we were served was even appetizing at all. When ask what this was I was told I don’t know I didn’t make it. The manager on duty didn’t ever care what came out to us either.

Terrible service. Waited in line for 10 mins while apparently an employee who was in their normal clothes, jeans so baggy that you can see his blue underwear was helping his friends in front of me. When it came to my turn he just took his soda and starting drinking and walking in and out of the counter and didn’t even pay attention to me. After flagging someone down to help me, I asked the manager Ryan why some person in their normal clothes was behind the counter, his response was “cuz he works here”. If that’s the case then at least take my order too. The manager didn’t even apologize for the wait or the lack of service. Then of course after I get home I noticed that the bucket of chicken that was supposed to be dark meat had breasts and wings, we don’t eat white meat so that was a waste. It’s very clear that the management team and employees on this shift does not care about their customers. I strongly recommend not to come here.

Sad to see the poor reviews of this business. I can tell you that I am known to be very critical but that being said this is about the only KFC in the area that I have found can properly cook crispy fried chicken. Every time I’ve been in here the service was good. Food was properly cooked, hot, and tasty. I will continue to go out of my way to eat at this establishment.

I’ve had food from this restaurant multiple times. Online orders are always ready on time, food is always fresh, and is well seasoned as one would expect from KFC. Tendies are good. Wish they had a spicy option.

Well chicken sounded wonderful so off to kfc my partner went placed an order at 4:57 and 45 mins later still no dinner response from employees was we are running behind after some nice but stern conversation from my partner 5 mins later we had dinner compensation for said waiting time was 2 xtra drinks and a small cake needless to say it will be sometime before we go back and that’s even if we ever do so they made the list with schlotskys
