Pretty decent franchise. Staff is usually nice. Place is clean. I probably eat there too much since it’s right next to my workplace. But never really had a bad experience other than minor order hiccups.

Worse service ever. We very time no matter day or night. Got 12 hot wings and was a 1/4 inch grease in the bottom of the container which leaked out of the container into the bag so when I got it out of the house spicy oil was all over my hand and where I laid it down and stained my white counter top. My girlfriend ordered chicken strips but got original bone in wings. I’m guessing that’s why the young man was looking at me funnny the whole time I was waiting. If I would have checked it before I left and it was like that I would have threw it out in the parking lot. That’s how bad it was. Never again. I would fire every person in there. Pay some money for good workers. Worse KFC I’ve ever been to. You would think not having the lobby open that they could get one thing right. Nopppppppeeeeeeee

The restaurant could use a little care. We had to ask for utensils and notify the staff of the soda being out. Not bad but instead of fixing the problems for the next customers they said “thanks” and carried on without concern or care.

The below pictures are what we were served, dry overcooked and inedible. The brown grease from a grill was on the bucket . Gross… The chicken legs were missing a lot of the meat too. We spent 30 dollars and couldn’t eat the chicken. The macaroni was a gooey glop, and the Cole slaw had 2 hairs in it.

Their customer service and manager are terrible with service. We paid 200.00 to have catered chicken and we requested Mac and cheese with it with a cost of 30.00 more. That would have been fine but we paid and didn’t get it. Also we were supposed to get 15 biscuits with it and didn’t. When we called them they didn’t offer to help us at all so I’m going up the ladder to contact the corporation. To top it off, it was Christmas Eve and we were on our way to family.
