I had a horrible experience here 2 years ago now i comr every day for my lunch break the lady running the drive thru is so nice and transparent and the cooks were super interactive with me have not had a weird tadting food been fresh and crispy these two ladies need a raise they are the best!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We pulled up the the drive through and all of the workers are on their phones staring at us and we asked if anyone was there and I heard them laughing because the back door was open. This happened tonight.

This restaurant only employs people that can’t cook and don’t care if your food is edible. I put in a mobile order 30 minutes before my pickup time. When I arrived on time I was told I had to wait for fries. While waiting my food got left on the counter for 20 minutes waiting for the fries and the end result was a disgusting bowl of gravy soaked fries (thank god I got the last of the previous batch of fries for my bowl and then had to wait). The entire time I was waiting the “kitchen staff” and manager were bickering about workplace gossip and payed no attention to customers. There wasn’t even an apology for the wait or any attempt to make it okay. If you dont want to feel like you wasted your hard-earned money, don’t go to this KFC.

Ordered food to-go here using the KFC app. The food was ordered about 30 minutes prior to my arrival but my chicken was still not done once I arrived. The staff member who assisted me was very nice however and apologized profusely. The positive of this was that the chicken was fresh. Overall, not bad I just didn’t expect the wait.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The food is absolute trash. Everything taste like old grease. Not 1 speck of seasoning on anything. Chicken is rubbery and over cooked. Biscuits taste like straight flour. The ONLY edible thing was the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy (after i seasoned them). I should have realized when I walked into the dead restaurant at 5pm how bad it would be.

“The Koolaid man” ran the counter drinking energy and saying to fellow workers he’s a filler upper. Continue my took ball cap off scratching head by food never washed hands afterwards. Manager did nothing about it at all. Tables wasn’t cleaned off or wiped clean. Food on buffet looked empty n nasty. Didn’t wear gloves to handle food. 3 workers went outside n got into black car doing who knows what n then came back in red eyed. Just WOW!!! Stuff all over counter. Zoom in on photos.

I wasn’t going to complain. Sometimes people have bad days. I waited for a bit for service after an employee spoke up about me standing there. The young lady seemed to be preoccupied with whatever their conversation was in the back. When my food was bagged the young lady tossed it on the counter and said nothing just walked away. Her co worker was kind enough to tell me to have a good day. Then when I got to work with my food which was old could not worth what I paid. I had no silver ware to eat with. It’s a little hard to eat mashed potatoes with no utensils.
