I came into this location around 10:55am for a pickup order. This young lady in the images attached below had one of THE WORST attitudes i’ve ever seen and experienced from someone. I waited for an acknowledgment at the counter, but instead she rolled her eyes at me (at least 3 times) and gave little stare downs. I don’t know if she has some sort of mental condition, but that’s unacceptable to treat a loyal customer that way. Usually when i come to this location i’m treated with exceptional courtesy, until i experienced this awful person with her awful attitude and customer service.

Went here the first and last time. My chicken tenders were tough and barely could chew. I barely got ten fries because they didn’t have enough done. Had to ask for my bbq sauce twice. The check out person was not nice. My sister spent 60 dollars for dine in and carry out. If I was the owner I would be ashamed of this store and employees. Won’t be back.

I love KFC’s chicken! It was nice & flavorful all throughout the chicken. The potatoes & gravy was delicious. Nice variety menu, the employees were polite & even came to our table to see if we needed anything else. Which was so nice! The restaurant was nice & clean. Awesome!

As soon as we got out of our vehicle, we smelled this foul smell, then realized it was coming from the store. It was pretty muggy in there as well, but we still decided to sit down and eat inside. The cashier was very polite, but they seemed busy with the drive thru, so it did take a little time. The food was fine. The floors just felt dirty and slippery underneath your feet. I wouldn’t eat inside again, but I’d still order food from this location.

The building is fairly newly remodeled and in good maintenance. The buffet is always well stocked. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like fast food because there can be a lengthy wait, but the food is always fresh.
6-6-23 Went at 7pm last night to the drive-thru, and the line was fairly long. Despite having to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, the order was fresh and accurate. When I got home, the gravy was on it’s side in the bag, spilled all over everything. I called up there, and explained how the gravy was placed in the bag. I asked could I please get another gravy and an individual mac & cheese to compensate my time and energy. The management on duty was very kind and when I drove back up there, she not only replaced the spilled gravy, but also gave me a second one and a full side of macaroni and cheese! Now, that’s good customer service!!

My friend ordered us some big boxes and when we got home we noticed the fries we ordered as one of the 2 sides for each box were left out and we can’t head back so that really sucks. Plus they gave us the wrong sauce. I guess I should have checked to make sure they did their job right.

This KFC is excellent! Staff is attentive, professional, and prompt. The food is hot, fresh, and just right. The biscuits are light and fluffy. The chicken is hot and fresh. The sides are generous and rightly seasoned. Will definitely be back!

I was greeted at the door when I entered. A very polite gentleman took our order. We ordered the buffet. I was amazed at how clean and fresh the steam table was, it was just after lunch. I highly recommend this KFC!
