KFC shameful bowl!!
Soggy chicken, thin fake potatoes, old corn and soaked watery gravy. I took a few bites of this soup, best $10 I’ve ever WASTED. No ice. Very dirty inside
Don’t come here just rip up your money and throw it away.
Also don’t go by the drink fountain/order pickup area, the employees will yell at you not to stand there. No signs, nothing marked apparently there’s a blind spot in the cameras and they won’t fix it only choice is to yell and tell customers not to stand there.

KFC in general needs to have some way to show if a location is out of something. I ordered the new cheesy nuggy gravy bowl, but apparently they were out of the cheese curds. That’s the whole reason I even ordered that and had I been aware they didn’t have any, I would have gotten something different. It was not good and I don’t know if he was informed beforehand or not. My bf went in to pick it up, and asked about getting an order of cheese curds, he was told first they didn’t have any and then that they weren’t doing anymore.
So we made an order online, it let me order them pay and everything. Then he gets there to pick the order up and he didn’t get cheese curds, and I haven’t seen anything about a cancelled order so I’m not really sure what happened…

Came in at 7:30 on Monday night. Only for the manager to be yelling across the store that they were out of something. She came to the front was hollering at people. Shes still hollering at people we’re here now eating in.

They didn’t get any of our meals right. And forgot they even took our order. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting. Then were asked if we were ready to order. And two of the employees were screaming and cussing each other. It was horrible.

Monica is so good at her job. She always makes sure you feel welcomed. She also makes sure everything is fresh. She is the best manager I’ve ever encountered there. She makes you feel really loved. I will be back cause she does the best work ever. She runs rhat place so good. It’s always clean, and fresh. Monica is a keeper. AAAAA++++++ Manager.

The service terrible. The overall look of the fast food restaurant looks terrible. Now getting to the food. The food is bad. So the chicken is supposed to have a golden crispy outside and the look that ive gotten is not that, its looks brown over cooked. They do not change the oil cause ive never gotten or seen anyone that i know get that golden crisp you find in KFC fried chicken….look at that popcorn chicken. I asked for it made to order and if thats made to order than that oil old. Last time going to this place cause thats no way to serve food

Food was good but wasn’t correct. We ordered by their number system and ended up getting 3 piece meal instead of a #3 and such. Music was easy to loud! You couldn’t talk to the person across from you. The place looked barren inside. Lotd of wasted space.

I already did not fool with this store. It’s been about 6 years since the last time I’ve ordered from here. And I’m done at this point. I made a mobile order. I went to pick it up. I gave my name. The cashier needed to see in my phone where I placed my order. I said I have my ID. She said no I need the phone. All of that just for my order to not be correct. I ordered 2 breasts and 1 wing. Got home realized this took the food back just to be told there was no white meat in store. Now you worried about me showing you proof of an order, how I would know the names of people ordering online is beyond me, but failed to tell me there was no white meat.
