August 31,2025 2:50pm . Order a 3pc crispy and 2pc dark with fries . We get to window and pay. The cashier hand us our change,without a receipt. We get food and pull off. We get a min down the road open food and the chicken is hard Ole chicken. We pull back up.and when I tell the manager the chicken old i would like some fresh he tell me that is fresh chicken. We argue back and forth bout rather it was fresh or not .

Just bout this when I got off work French fries were not edible hard and old. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone to tell them they are not busy. Ruined my meal had to cook anyway. Waste of 8.76. Employees were very nice.

1st.. The Lights are off .. you can’t tell if they are open or not.
2nd.. I placed my online Order at 8:30p. With confirmation my order will be ready at 8:43. I didn’t get my order until 9:09p and they are not even busy. They must do better!

Went to Popeyes on MLK a hour ago the chicken taste like churches chicken now and the beans and rice was watered down service is in the drive thru doesn’t take long I’m just disappointed I’ve been told by friends that they go to other Popeye locations I will now, Popeyes is my favorite fast food chicken spot.

It would be nice if I was asked the way I wanted my children prepared( original ..crispy… spicy…) And can this and all drive thru operators give you 10 seconds to look at the menu? But don’t just not respond as well… And KFC needs to work on the gravy. Lately it’s been thick enough to cut with a knife.

Food was KFC. The business and staff need attention. I was 20 min. In line while the staff flirted with the girls in front of me. The bathroom was dirty. No paper towels. Lock on the door was broken. The staff was polite… Just feel like they didn’t know any better. Poorly managed.

I must say, they are over worked and under staffed. It did take quite a while for us to receive our food, but the workers were doing everything they knew to do to try to make it work. I believe if corporate took more pride in making sure training was up to par and a more enticing pay scale, it may have been a better experience.
