Yeah, I just placed an order for 4 famous bowls so I can have leftovers for a few days and they only sent 1 because I guess counting to 4 is too hard. When I called in about the issue I got told my attitude which was at the start simple frustration (until he told me to start my federally regulated clock and drive my massive big rig over to the store basically using my company truck, my clock and the company fuel to fix their mistake) was unacceptable and that mistakes happen all the time, its shift change, we are 2 different restaurants etc etc. Excuse after excuse. How did they manage to get my request to remove items correctly from the bowl but not the number of bowls? This entire issue is a huge inconvenience and hassle but I guess that’s what you get from fast food is the I don’t care let me inconvenience you mentality and let me waste your money mindset. I won’t be ordering from here again. I can’t afford to waste my time and money on restaurants that can’t get things done correctly, don’t care about the customers and only want to waste our time and money. Believe the 2 star review, this place is not worth spending your money at. Clearly the review rating is a direct reflection of the management skills or lack thereof. These establishments act like customers don’t have a right to be upset over their mistakes that waste the customers time and money or they don’t have a right to have some attitude at the poor resolution skills. Like were they going to pay me to drive over there to fix their mistake or reimburse my company the fuel used or the money wasted on an uber? I think not.

Te dine-in doors were locked with one customer inside. I did an online order so I had to go thru drive thru to get my order. There was an attitude from the employee when I knocked on the window for my order. She only gave me one order so I had to go back to get my second order. Again, there was an attitude when I knocked on the window again cause my order was wrong. Also my break was only 30 minutes so I had about 5 minutes left to eat my lunch before I had to get back on the clock.

The manager was the only one working so the inside was closed. The chicken had sat for along time, and was hard . Even though the food was terrible I’m giving 5 stars for service because the manager was doing everything alone and she was so nice. I felt so bad for her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management is run horribly and is the most disrespectful service my family has ever received. We were waiting for nearly half an hour then were yelled at for “sitting on their timer.” We didn’t even get our food after we paid. They continued yelling and told us to leave. Haven’t gotten a refund. You’re better off going to the Burger King next door.

Go else where, service is terrible. They had no cole slaw , no sauces and no catch-up. People standing in line waiting, they take your order and disappear. When they do show back up, they are confused about what you are doing there. People call orders in and still have to wait over 30 minutes. The person taking orders can’t speak well enough to understand. I don’t think there is any management or at least a competent leader. Worst experience I have ever had at a Kentucky fried chicken franchise in my entired life

Terrible service ! Cold and over cooked chicken ! Called to speak to GM with no answer or response ! KFC is a popular franchise and should deliver your normal delicious fried or Original recipe chicken. This location needs professional attention ! I Highly wouldn’t recommend eating here after my experience! Will post pic of supposedly original KFC chicken .

Service is horrible. Ordered ahead of time and still waited 30 mins for my food. They move with no purpose. They aren’t ever just but somehow still have to wait for your food like they are.

They get one star cause I have to put a star. Chicken was not even coated. Order was wrong had to go up to counter and ask for order and they just grab it from the warmer and put it on the counter and said here. Everything was cold and the gave me same chicken that they were sopose to replace didnt even eat it dont come here.
