“Joshua was exceptionally pleasant during both of my visits to this location. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our order is complete and that we have everything we need. During our last visit, he even kept us updated on the snowy weather—which we truly appreciated since we’re from New Orleans and not used to those conditions. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and because of him, we’ll continue returning to this KFC for the rest of our stay in Nebraska. Update from the last time I was here and they remodeled and it is clean, the staff is friendly and they keep the place is clean. I do apologize for the messy eaters who could me here, but thank you for keeping the place clean, it does not go unproved! The Food is good and I’m happy that they decided to do this remodel and get the staff happy to work here. Good job!! Now the bathrooms need remodeling, hopefully they do that soon. Besides that Keep up the good work, smile and be friendly.
This place is dirty, it’s out of date and just terrible service, they don’t care that they have a job, management is terrible, sitting on there butts and not doing anything. KFC has amazing food but I don’t like the people working here. I saw a guy wear his jack in the back of the kitchen doing the potato wedges??? I don’t know what’s going on here. Foods good, but it’s dirty and just out of date….just filthy. Hopefully the food isn’t that way.

In the process of ordering my daughter didn’t see their sign that said pot pie and wanted to change from the sandwich to that. The lady behind the counter making food was cussing and visibly upset. Mind you we hadn’t even paid for it and we’re still actively ordering food….people are human and change their minds. Very unprofessional of her to act this way.

We also live about 30 miles away. We met family here for a late lunch in the mid-afternoon. We got the buffet. The store seemed clean including the restrooms. All of the tables were clean, there was no trash lying around. The woman behind the counter was friendly enough. She wasn’t great, but she was okay. We enjoyed the food, our only complaint was the gravy was too thin.

If i could give zero’s oh boy would itwo employees one very heavy set female one skinny guy i finally got to register said something to cashier and was told the two yelling at each other were the managers and they have personal relationship problems it happens alot. I got my food and it was pink n slimy and had weird smell pretty sure that it was only cooked on the outside not on the inside. I tried saying something and showing cashier but was told it was fine and it was still pink. I definitely reported to health department hope things change their but absolutely ridiculous. I dont recommend eating at this establishment.

I was recently passing through on a recent road trip and was craving some good old kfc. Was not disappointed. I did not go through the drive through but ordered at counter. The man who served me was very polite and courteous. I think he may have been the shift manager and I have absent mindedly forgotten his name. Anyway, the service and food was excellent! Everything was so fresh. The best kfc chicken that I’ve eaten in a while. Would definitely go back!

Ordered the Tuesday 8 piece special and as usual was great also redeemed 500 points for a drink bucket got home and tasted it and it was very watery called the restaurant just to let them know not expecting anything other then to give a heads up, but Sam who i spoke to on the phone immediately said come on back we’ll make it right just tell the cashier you spoke to me. This is just one of the many reasons i will always come back to this kfc just stellar staff working there who care about customer service! Shout out to Sam for being awesome
