I’m a big fan of the Famous Bowl more so now that I can make it spicey with the Nashville hot sauce.
I have not been inside many times but it has been clean anytime I was.
The drive threw can be hit or miss as far as customer service goes. I have been told that the thing I want to order can not be made the way I want (Ex. Nashville sauce on famous bowl.) only to be able to have it made that way at a later date.
It’s probably not a big deal, I just like consistency.

Ate lunch here on Thursday 1/8/26. Used the kiosk to order very simple to use and so many choices and combos you can select. Clean, neat orderly restaurant. Food was hot and I got what I ordered. Ill be back!

The chicken breast meal was alright but the chicken was a little dry and the macaroni and cheese was slightly overcooked. However, it was near closing time so that might be why. The mashed potatoes and gravy was good!

Young employees sitting on the floor while the older employees are cleaning and taking care of trash. Ordered a 3 piece meal and only got 2 pieces, ordered a famous bowl with no cheese due to dairy allergy, the bowl still had cheese put on it. When I took it back the lady was understanding but the person who prepared it got grouchy and the remade bowl had a lot less food in it the the first one had and they threw my other piece of chicken into the food tray they serve it in.

Unfortunately, spending over $70 for KFC, delivery, and tax, only to find 10 original drum that still have blood in them, warrants a one-star review.

The third time my food was old and dried out. When I called to let them know I was told if I could come back tonight she could replace my food. I am a nurse and once I get to work I’m there until the next morning. So how helpful was that? Will not return to this location.

Pick up order was ready super fast. Food was fresh and the store was very clean inside. $10 Tuesdays are a must! The service and speed of this KFC, makes you question why you ever dealt with the hassle of going to Popeyes. It’s so refreshing knowing you don’t have to wait 45 mins for fried chicken. Thanks KFC! Btw, the chicken sandwich is better here (:

One of the workers was snapping out and yelling at someone and was really rude and we just didn’t feel very comfortable in the atmosphere after that The food was what you could expect for a low price low quality. The service of the register guy was very very good. He was very attentive and I was very happy with him but the manager I don’t see why he’s a manager that was very unprofessional the way he yelled at those people that were leaving
