I visited this KFC with a friend. It’s not the first time I have been here, but I thought I’d write a review this time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. There were no customers when we entered, so we were helped right away. (Saturday around noon)
I ordered the Sticky Chicky Saucy Nuggets and my friend had a 2 piece meal. It didn’t take long to get our food. I love the Saucy Nuggets. I had the Korean BBQ and Georgia Gold flavors in Lincoln. The Sticky Chicky flavor was excellent. My friend had a coupon, so he got a good deal on the 2 piece meal. I enjoyed my meal here and I recommend this location.

The girl was busy but was really great with being in good spirits. She was helpful. Was disappointed that the didn’t offer the Veterans Day special that we came for with our other order.

We’ve went to the location a few times and have been disappointed more than I can say satisfied. I ordered a mikes hot honey combo, and received a 3 piece combo instead. The chicken also was undercooked and breading was soggy. I also received no napkins or butter and honey for the biscuits. I ordered online, and arrived when it said it was ready through the app, and waited an additional 20 minutes for a mikes 3 piece and a chicken sandwich. There’s been times I have to wait up to 45 minutes for my food which is usually ordered online ahead of time 9 times out of 10. Truly haven’t had a great experience and wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

Came in to pick up dinner and just wanted to shout out to the night crew working tonight (7/2). You guys did a wonderful job. There was quite a few people there and it looked like you guys were kinda shorthanded but you all kept your cool and got business taken care of.
