Customer service it’s horrible.
We went tonight at like 8:02 pm and the side door has a sign to use the other door. The other door was locked,we tried a few times,even knocked because we say 3-4 employees just sitting there talking to each other,but we were ignored. We went back to the side door and it was open. We get inside and my husband is asking if they are closed or something. No answer,they were justbplain ignoring us. My husband is 6.2 and like 250lbs,so he is hard not to see. He asked again and while loudly laughing one employee said that they are closed. I said that it’s weird,because online and on the door it says they close at 9pm. Anyway,while we were leaving they were loudly laughing at us and when we got in the car,one of them walked to the door and was looking at us.
They have no social education and should not work in customer service.
We won’t be returning there!

Stopped here on our way home and not only the food terrible but also customer service. Got chicken bowl and you can tell the chicken been sitting there for a while. Some corn was brown and did not have a taste. Chicken was salty. Come eat here with caution unless it was a bad day.

One of a series of INCOMPETENT service interactions with service staff that deserves to have a complaint lodged and gives the KFC brand a very very bad name. I called here and, much like the nearby location, could not get basic answers to food questions, which took forever for them to answer. Prices were also too high compared to other fast food restaurants. I’m really disappointed in this location and will file a complaint against customer service headquarters alert them that this is one of the worst KFCs I have been to (much worse than in Los Angeles and DC where I used to live)

We ordered at the window attendants was rude. Order will be ready in 20 minutes. We came back in 30. We came back inside very upset with how they manage get our order…over 30 minutes! We voiced our opion of theyre service. After telling the manager our disappointment when we left the employees were on their phone trying to get our tag number! We will never be back! Such disrespectful service! We were delayed and and had to return for food that was not ready but how they treated us,!

My whole order looked horrible. The chicken nuggets were stale and dark taste like old oil. The whole order was cold like they had served us old food. Disappointed with my food today definitely a waste of my money. And I will not be returning.

I ordered a 16 piece meal with half and half original and crispy. Thighs weren’t cooked all the way and we received all original thighs and legs. The crispy chicken was the breast and wings. I had asked for 2 macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and corn. When I got home, we had 1of each of those and a mashed potatoes and gravy that we didn’t want/need because we had our own at home. The biscuits were falling apart and we didn’t receive extra honey like we requested. Overall, I am very disappointed with our meal
