This store completely sucks . lol they don’t close till 1030 I pull up at 10:02 to order a simple meal and as I pull up to the drive thru I’m asked what can I get before I could even answer they turned the lights off to the menu and outside lights then said oops sorry we’re closed I told the kid no you guys close at 1030 and he continues to arguing say nope the lights turned off we’re close as if it’s not something they did themselves with a switch, then I said ok I need corporates number the kid says we don’t have corporate were a franchise, I say no you do have one and he continues arguing with me saying nope we’re a franchise 100x .

I went online at noon and placed my order for pickup for 5:30 p.m. I arrived at 5:22 and they had not started my order. I sat there for 30 minutes before I received my order. They proceeded to throw my order onto the counter call my name and walk away. They crammed 12 pieces of chicken into an eight piece chicken bucket. Needless to say it was one big mess. The breading had come off of all of the chicken. The flour still was not even cooked throughout. It was so bad of an experience. I’m not sure how many people came in after me, placed thier order and received their food pretty quickly. I had ordered an 8 piece of chicken with 4 extra pieces, 2 mashed potatoes, 1 Mac and cheese, 1 coleslaw and 1 corn. Still not sure how it came to 29 dollars, when the 8 piece was free. I will not return to that rude, careless store. That definitely is not how to get “come back” orders. If I could rate this store with negative numbers, I would in a heart beat!

I simply went there to get a pot pie, the week before I got a pot pie from here and it was amazing. This time on the other hand it was dry overcooked.Looked like it had been sitting there for hours and they decided to serve it to me. And I was very disappointed. My husband and I came into the store at 7:30 to order dinner. You don’t close until 10 PM but you are out of certain foods? I order a number 9 and asked for my nuggets to be sauced. I was told we just ran out… but you have nuggets and sauce for me to dip my nuggets in but you can’t sauce my nuggets for me? I don’t understand. This is becoming a trend in all the fast food places around Wichita. Closing stations early and not being able to serve customers when you don’t close for 2 1/2 hours. Everyone needs fired and yall need to start with all new employees. Including managers that allow or teach other employees this behavior.

Drove up to the speaker box was able to come up with our orders for to people before even being greeted. They took my order and i drove up to the window paid and noticed a discrepancy that they had two mashed potato sides and i wanted one potato and one fry so i asked if they could switch it the dude walked into the kitchen came back and had me pull into a spot. A good 10 – 15 minutes later we were contemplating pulling away but we had already paid and the dude finally walked up said he couldn’t do the fries because he would have to drop new fries and it would take twenty minutes to get them up and he couldn’t do that to us. Shouldn’t you have known you had no fries when i asked and let us know at the window? Also what in the world are you doing that takes twenty minutes to make the fries because Im sure yall aint chopping up the potatoes fresh back there. Also only got one biscuit between two combo meals.

Stopped by to get a chicken tender meal for the little one. Sign said 3 piece tender and fries $5. Get to the window and was told they are no longer honoring that deal but it’s still being advertised. So I ordered the 4 piece tender meal. It came with 1 side a drink and a biscuit. Look! It looks like they are basically cutting and slicing at this chicken.

I asked for a game day spicy wing box & waited 20 minutes. When it came out i asked for hot sauce and was told “i dont really feel like doing all that” by a girl with a gold nose peircing and braids. I was astonished by the level of unprofessionalism. The last time i was here… I gave it 10 minutes with no response in the drive through and when i pulled up. I was asked to come back around behind everyone else. They tried to get me to pull all the way around for hot sauce today too.

KFC’s new Chizza disappoints, falls short of being a winner-winner, chicken dinner. Hitting the drive-thru, I got two sporks in my bag, I’m thinking that wasn’t intentional but an omen, it’s a messy eat! The portions of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were generous, providing good coverage on the two pieces of chicken with a little assistance from the spork. The fry on the chicken was perfect, I got crispy breading and tender, juicy chicken in each bite. Here’s where the Chizza falls short, it lacks the “Wow” factor I was hoping for. The sauce isn’t zesty, it’s run-of-the-mill if not slightly sweet. The pepperoni was crispy as advertised, but it’s average pepperoni, lacking a bit of spice. The Mozzarella had a borderline melt and like the sauce and pepperoni, it’s average at best. Perhaps I would have enjoyed this new offering more over a bed of pasta, but then it wouldn’t be Chizza… Of note, the fries were quite good, and the Blackberry Lemonade drink was quite refreshing. Costing me $15.04 with tax, I’m giving KFC’s new Chizza 3 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap Stars. I like the concept of Chizza, but with lackluster toppings, the end result is an overall disappointing dish and not worth the price. In comparison, a two-piece chicken dinner at KFC, which includes a biscuit, and mashed potatoes costs $7.99+ tax. Granted, that’s one chicken breast and a wing vs. the two chicken ‘filet’ (One chicken breast cut in two) pieces in the Chizza, but still… $8.58 vs. $15.04? KFC’s Chizza is not worthy of a repeat buy

Yall need to get your house in order. I waited 25 minutes and 5 minutes at the speaker without being greeted with a line that wrapped around the building. Ridiculous. You kids need to do your job and get it together. This isn’t a game. Wednesday chicken fried special is nothing new. Prepare yourself children. Wednesday is always going to be chaotic. Do better. Waste my time. Damn. 3 other cars drove off as I did as well. Popeyes got their sense of urgency down. I’d go somewhere else guys- children here at this location playing kitchen and SUCK at it. They need to be hiring more kids or something. No bueno.
