2ND SHIFT IS UNPROFESSIONAL
I would recommend to not attend around 6pm. The shift working with supervisor “Stephanie” is HIGHLY unprofessional. My mother went to purchase dinner for our family and they did not get the order correct. She requested a receipt to verify her order and order total, the workers in the window continued to argue with her and instead of offering a receipt they proceeded to have their ENTIRE “team” cuss at her through the window. They then proceeded to give her a receipt that was not her order. She went back to the store ten minutes later after then realizing the food they served was old and looked disgusting. Only 15 minutes after the incident that happened at the window, they locked their lobby doors before closing hours, my mother then had to wait for a customer to leave to get inside of the building so she can address the situation. “Nathaniel” came to the lobby and lied stating that Stephanie left for the night, when she was actually hiding in the back room. The situation escalated, they still refused to fix the order now that it was confirmed there was nasty food served to us, bad service, my mother had incorrect charges on her card & time wasted. She reached out to the police department about the situation, we have filed a police report for theft. This entire team needs to be terminated & I do not recommend visiting this location especially around the evening.

Showed up about 2 pm. Dined in. There was a line to order and a line in the drive through. Placed my order and everything seemed fine until the manager showed up a few minutes later and started screaming at everyone in the kitchen. About something not being placed in a warming station. This carried on for several minutes making everyone In the dining room uncomfortable. Food was okay. The rest of the staff was excellent.

I got 2 chicken Sandwiches for my husband and I but one of them had literal bones and innards in it. When I called to complain the manager pretty much acted like I was lying about it so my husband had to bring his bone sandwich in and they gave him a new one, which how could you not at that point? I posted some pictures in the photos because for some reason you can’t post them on your reviews. It doesn’t give me the option anyway

I will never go to this location again. Ordered original chicken but received really crispy chicken, runny mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits were squashed. One of the thighs looked like it had been ate on. We threw away the food and I called the store. They said the only thing they could do was replace the food that wasn’t eaten. Never again.

Not an experience to brag about. We spent about 15 min in the drive through waiting for our food when the guy at the window opened the window to see what we wanted
I said we are just waiting on our food. He proceeded to look at the screen to see what we ordered. There was a black hair in my coleslaw. My husband got the tiniest chicken leg possible. Not worth $30. Disappointed

This is the worst kfc I have ever been too. Waited over 30 minutes for my order just for them to forget some of the items I ordered. It is not worth your time to eat here. If you are just craving some kfc please do yourself a favor and drive to the next closest one or you’ll find yourself wondering what the word fast means in fast food.

Waited 19 mins for food. Asked for ketchup twice and was told it was all in the bag. There was no ketchup. Only thing from my meal fresh and hot were my nuggets. Spicy wings were barely warm and had HAIR on them. Wedges cold as well. Very disappointing. Wasted my money and my lunch break.

The cashier was nice made sure I got all the utensils and sauce needed for the meal my family bought. The order was made correctly but because they short changed me and another person of chicken from the famous bowl knocked the rating down a peg. This review is also coming from someone who used to work at this store many years ago.

Went here for the chicken fried steak dinner and with a drink it was almost 10 dollars. They charge &.75 for French fries which I was only told when I questioned the amount. Drink’s are smaller than others and customer service was sub par

Everyone was apparently high. The guy behind the register told us $37 for an 8 pc bucket of original and 2 drinks for dine in- which wasn’t anywhere close to what it should have been. We gave him $40, but he did give us back the correct change so…I guess no harm was done ultimately.
My mom and I wanted a bucket (to keep the flies out) but it came out in two paper trays, 4 pc per tray. Oh, and they tried to give us some extremely old and dried out extra crispy instead of what we ordered.
I refused to take it, and then magically they had fresh original chicken. The chicken was good, but the service was pretty lousy.
The lobby was pretty dirty, there were several visibly annoyed drive-thru customers also waiting in the lobby for incorrect orders to be fixed, and there were also people waiting to be acknowledged for an unacceptable length of time.
This place is sketchy. I will always love KFC, but I think we’ll have to go to a different location. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here.
