Food was fresh cooked and tasty. Had a two piece dinner Krispy. Hubs had a 3 piece. I was too full. Our cost was less than $20. No restaurants we have visited lately offers FRIED CHICKEN. IT WAS GOOD. The area was very light and clean. Thank you KFC! KFC has added bonuses for digital orders.

Closing time is 10pm never has that meant we stop taking orders at 9:45 and we are out the door at 10pm. The manager refused to give me his name. When I rolled up she said they were closed I asked to speak to the manager and she said pull up then she said the manager said to take my order. I said I wasn’t going to order anything any more but I needed to speak to the manager. He finally came up and said they were out of chicken after asking what time they closed. This is pathetic. He locked the window and walked away when I asked him his name. They clearly do no not know customer service or how closing time actually works. KFC y’all need to do better because this location sucks.

The food was great. The young lady at the drive up window was unfriendly. I spent 10 seconds getting my change to pay, looked up and she was at the front taking someones order, felt disrespected. She didn’t apologize for having me wait a couple of minutes.

We come here almost every week and get 30 of their steak dinners. We call them in in advance and they’re always correct and always on time. And we get them around lunch time so I’m really glad about the service whoever started working there as the manager is doing a great job

Food was good but the service was incredible! The lady at the front desk was so sweet, she came around the desk to make sure our grand heard her say goodbye and he didn’t roll out in his wheelchair without our help (we were filling our drinks as we were leaving). The manager was very generous to a gentleman needing a meal. We offered to pay but he insisted we didn’t. We will always come back at any given opportunity!

Went to kfc today and the food was so old I couldn’t even bite Into it i ask to speak with the manager nicely and respectful. And it still didn’t go well . I also ordered a chicken bowl and I couldn’t believe my eyes they drowned my bowl with gravy omg the manager was very upset with me after I complain about the chicken Being old, he just wouldn’t return my money so he decided to slam the window door while I was still speaking with him about returning my money This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been .

The ladies in drivethru were wonderful. The food was ok. Chicken was over done so under the skin wasn’t much meat. My LG potatoes looked like they took two individuals and plopped them in a big container. Asked for extra butter and honey and got none in my bag. Literally none. Unfortunately we only learned this after we got home to eat so I couldn’t ask for a refund or them to redo the order.
