Came in got the Pot Pie with mashed potatoes meal that is listed on the menu for $8.99. When I received my food it did not have the mashed potatoes and I was told when I asked that promotion was over and I couldn’t get it even though I paid for it……it’s right there on your menu board in plain sight! Furthermore the staff is very vulgar as I heard the “f-bomb” used several times in the kitchen as I was trying to eat my incorrectly provided meal. I do not plan on returning here.

I should have know that my “large” order being ready in 5 minutes meant it was going to be utterly disgusting. I ordered 15 minutes before I would get there due to living so far away. The app tells me 20-30 minutes. So imagine my surprise when I see the food as being ready before my screen shuts off. I am hoping it was a glitch. It wasn’t and I am not driving back to take food back. That would only prove I just spent 30 minutes driving. But it wasn’t as if it was tasting like it was sitting there for 20 minutes. No, these fries must have been fried at noon. I have never had food be COLD and HARD when I get it home. I think this is the last time I will be ordering from here. It doesn’t get any better each time, it’s the exact opposite. The worst $50 to waste ever! Half the food went to the trash.

This is a definitely zero out of 10 experience. This is supposed to be the barbecue honey wings. They were soggy with no barbecue sauce.

Out of 8 piece chicken bucket – 5 were fresh great chicken – 3 were hours old hard nasty fried chicken.. I waited in drive thru line even.. For the price charged you can afford to throw away the old chicken that has been sitting there for hours. This is second time it has happened to me.. WOW.

No complaints, place was clean, service was fast and polite. No one was in the place it was empty. The food was hot and tasted fine. Had a pot pie don’t care much for the fries. Rather, have the potatoe wedges instead. Overall, it was good.

I just got back from a drive through visit to my local Andover KS KFC. I had a simple order just a 8 piece bucket, with 2 backs and the rest thighs. The guys at the drive through window were super nice, and the chicken was excellent like it always is. Another great job from the Andover KFC!

Just ate my big box meal from Andover KFC, and EVERYTHING was delicious. Original recipe chicken, mash potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, it was all fantastic. This is the best dang KFC around.

Today I went to get my mail, and as I was heading back I could smell that great KFC chicken since they are right across the street from where I live. So I stopped by and got a 3 piece big box meal. The staff is always nice, and the food was delicious. Another excellent job Andover KS KFC.

The dasher was excellent, the store was utter garbage.
I ordered two three piece meals and neither was right. One had two small pieces, and zero breasts (Which I ordered the two breast meal) the other was supposed to be the two thigh one leg, and they gave us… two legs.
Buyer beware, this store WILL NOT fix their mistakes. You will have to go through Door Dash for a refund.

The first thing that happened was I ordered an identical order as the person I was with. I saw employee touch real close to the drinking area of cup, after running register. I went over to make it known what I saw. When I returned to counter, cashier was in back, working with food. Drove all the way from South Wichita, to visit Wendy’s, which 8 days ago, was a great experience.eating out used to be fun. Not anymore. Why drive out of town, just to get an experience that is the norm most places? My order never was even made. Will be excited to hear this place folded. Wendy’s proved a flop, also. Before Ronald Reagan was president, he was governor of California. He said: if it weren’t for the elders correcting.the mistakes of the young, we wouldn’t have a state. I would truly hate to hear today’s description. I truly believe”WERE HEADED FOR TROUBLE”. Just ain’t much left. People just don’t like the criticism they so badly need and deserve. Won’t return. Could see that a .mile from hone. 2 for sure. Gonna look at a few other reviews.
