This store has a wonderful late night manager and team. Approximently 15 of us dropped in on this team at closing. They made us feel welcomed and kept a great attitude throughout the dining experience. They exemplified a good working team that were willing to put the customer before their own convenience of leaving on time. It was much appreciated. The manager use to sell cars I believe. I think he and his team found their niche. Good Job!

Grumpy, unhappy staff that take their sweet time assisting/helping customers. Food is decent, IF they get the order right – if its wrong, good luck.
Most recent visit: I ordered ahead, waited the 25-30min until the App said “Ready for pickup” and went to get it. Upon arrival at the store, they said it wasn’t ready yet, so I waited another 30+ minutes.. Unsure why one would mark something as ready, when in reality it was not even started?

Ordered on DoorDash. Got the famous bowl as it’s my favorite thing to get and all I got was gravy and mashed potatoes. No nuggets or corn or cheese. Not sure how this got messed up that bad but they did. Also didn’t receive any straws for our drinks.

Store is a complete mess there were dirty mop buckets in front of the register, and dirty water pitchers on the ground. I’ll be contacting health inspectors, this KFS should be shut down.
Ordered ahead of time via the mobile app, went into the store when the app said the food was ready. Food wasn’t ready!
No workers came up to the front counter to greet me I called out and no one answered. i quite literally saw three different people, one coming closer to the register and then they decided to walk out the door for the restroom instead. I left and went through drive through no one contacted through the speaker so I went to the first window where a worker finally noticed me. The worker was completely rude she stated she was the only worker there and she wouldn’t have it ready, I told her I had a pick up and she looked at me with blank face and stated “Yeah it’s not gonna be ready if I’m the only one here with all these orders” I mean okay you could have stated that a completely different way if you actually cared to have a job. This was such a frustrating experience with already living in a town with limited options, we finally wanted to go to KFC. Needless to say this will be the last time we go to this location. This was ridiculous, if you want to waste your time and enjoy food that probably had been sitting on the un-sanitized counter this is your place.

Went tonight on 11/7/25 @ 7:00p.m. to the drive thru had a small issue so went inside and the manager made the experience so much better than I expected after the drive thru experience and thats all I’ll say about that. The manager was courteous and pleasant to speak with and I’ll definitely go back because of his actions in correcting the issue I had. My five star rating is for the manager and not anyone else today.

I ordered over $60 worth of food didn’t get on my food tried calling. Nobody answered the damn phone not to mention. I gave them over 45 minutes to have my food done. Had to stand there for 10 minutes before even anybody asked me what I needed because the guy assumes the manager on duty was too busy talking to everybody else and ignoring the people standing at the cabin in mind you it wasn’t busy at all. This is not the first time this happened with me or other people that are waiting for their food or ordered food and had a messed up because he doesn’t do it Right

This is by far the worst KFC, and maybe even restaurant in Junction City. Every time I go, the service is awful, employees are rude, and just all-around horrible service. I went yesterday at 5:00 PM for dinner, and you’re telling me they pretty much had no food dropped. One lady before me was waiting almost 30 minutes and asked for a refund. And there was another gentleman waiting there for over 30 minutes as well (not sure how long he waited after I left and got my refund; he was there 25 minutes before me). All around just a horrible experience. It’s just a shame because the food is good.

Ordered 8 piece all dark original,
1. Way to much grease.
2. Crisp fell of when I picked it up
3. Removed all the oily soggy skin and it wasn’t that bad .
4. Service was fairly decent and around dinner time wait time less than 5 min.
Definitely recommend crispy, maybe.
5. Will I go back? Maybe for famous bowl.
6. Check your order.

The chicken sandwich we ordered was good. We also ordered fried chicken, but the way the chicken meat was cut was unnatural, with too many bones and too much fat, and it was too gritty. The cookies that came as a side were very dry and hard and inedible.
