When you go there at 5:30 5:45 and the only thing they have for white meat is one breast and two chicken wings. They don’t have biscuits they tried to give you just two of these stupid Apple things that don’t even make up half a biscuit. Sounds like they need new management.

Ordered the 2 piece honey bbq chicken last night around 7pm after a long day, because it was a fast delivery time on doordash. The chicken was so hard that I couldn’t cut into it with a steak knife and the chicken was so cold that there was no way it had been under the heat lamps or that it had been kept to foodnsafe temperature. I rarely order from Gardners KFC due to the countless times they habe let me down in the last but this may have been the worst. I don’t know how they aren’t giving people food poisoning. Maybe the health inspectors need to come by.

Avoid this place at all costs! The staff stops making food a few hours before they close and you end up getting pieces of chicken that are the size of chicken nuggets in the bucket. Out of two buckets of chicken, there were only two pieces that were normal size. KFC should be ashamed and needs to retrain or fire this management. Don’t take orders if you’re not going to make food. Seems like common sense. I’ve reached out for a refund, but haven’t had any luck getting in touch with anyone. I never complain, but this was so absolutely insane! I’m a woman with super tiny hands and almost every piece was smaller than my palm.

Disappointed with our visit. We haven’t been in a long time. I was really craving the biscuits and honey. They were not very busy. They completely forgot our order and then didn’t give us our complete order. The food was fresh, neither of us got our biscuits. The lady tried to argue that we didn’t order somethings and we had to show her the reciept (she had rang us up.) I guess, it is what it is.

I was so excited that Kentucky Fried Chicken was going to try to make a comeback. They’re offering 8 piece chicken bucket or strip bucket for free with $15 spent. Now this sounds like a good deal folks but I was so disappointed the food was cold. We elected to get the strips instead of the chicken. If I didn’t know better I would say those were the ones that they were getting ready to toss. They tasted lukewarm and like the grease in the fryer was old. YOU could definitely tell they were not fresh in any way. They have to be the smallest strips I’ve ever seen. The picture that I’m including is actually in one of the single meal boxes and as you can see there was plenty of room in the top. I would have been ashamed if Ihadtoserve that. . I don’t often give bad reviews but this deserves worse than bad. (The chicken sandwich that my grandson got was good. ) FYI …The fries were also cold. I’m sad to say I wouldn’t waste my money there.

This is the most unethical disgusting place to eat. These are twice fried chicken strips the size of my pinky. To top it off they taste double fried as in cooked earlier never sold and deep fried again. This place should have they’re corporate pulled immediately. And taco bell, don’t get me going there. Not even an option because of staffing. Well there’s people making kfc, they can’t do both. If you are the management reading this you should quit immediately. Price for 5 chicken strips the size of fingers was 15 dollars. I did open a case with corporate headquarters.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! $65 dollars and the chicken was dried out and old. The biscuits could break teeth. NOT edible. This was the second chance we gave the place in two months. Was hoping the first time was just a bad night for them. Nope. All nights seem to be a bad night for them. And we came through at 5:15 thinking fresh chicken and biscuits. Nope. Tasted like they had been sitting there all day. Well the chicken did. The biscuits went into the trash. Over priced and not edible!
