Little disappointed in the new cheese curds serving size is extremely small so if you like cheese courage, you might have to order two it seemed like the cheese escaped about half of them and all I had was just a shell of a cheese curd. It seemed like my fries were a little on the cold sideother than that chicken was good as always Chucky fried chicken knows how to do it.

Went thru the drive thru the other night – just need a couple of pieces to hold me over. Food was surprisingly good! Chicken was hot and very juicy – biscuit seemed small but very flaky and I got a side of cole slaw and it was good. Great friendly guy at the window who got me a discount. Will stop again – Avoid at all cost Popeyes – see that review they are really bad – go KFC

I used the coupon for the $5.99 leg and thigh deal. When I asked for my drink cup I was told a drink does not come with this. But if you look at the coupon it does come with a medium drink. I think that employee intentionally ripped me off. The food was delicious the atmosphere was fine the restaurant was clean. The employee needs to be retrained on looking at coupons

3-piece chicken tender combo is supposed to be $9.89. They tried charging $13.88.
They said the menu board was wrong and the pricing went up Jan 1. That was 2 months ago as of this review.
I left without purchase and went elsewhere. I looked up the item on the KFC app later, and found the item I wanted shows on the app at $9.99.

Julia had amazing customer service and was the absolute sweetest! She had a great attitude from the start, she chatted with me while I sat at the drive through window waiting for my food, and helped me feel so much better after a very stressful afternoon. She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, which is hard to find in food service— Give this lady a raise! It’s KFC, so you know what you will be getting, with a few things factored in. Food was delivered hot and was tasty, service was good, and the restaurant was reasonably tidy. I have experienced the opposite in some chain restaurants, so was pleasantly surprised. They have some meal deals that make ordering for couples and families pretty reasonable. We’ll be back.

Service was very nice. Diningroom pretty clean for lunch hour. Person I was dining with had a 3 piece meal, chicken was overcooked or sat under a warmer too long kind of dry. Coleslaw barely had any sauce but tasted ok. The chicken bowl was delicious, hot and good portion size.

I visited the KFC location on Battlefield in Springfield, MO, based on online information indicating the availability of a buffet. However, the buffet was permanently unavailable. While the food quality was acceptable, my extra crispy chicken lacked crispiness despite possessing good flavor. The staff were pleasant, though somewhat unusual. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, aside from the absence of the advertised buffet. I would consider returning if in the area.
