Got our food in 10min when app said 20-30min. Place was dirty everywhere. Staff manager(big giant lady like 350lbs) was rude when I stood politely waiting. Said be right with you when we’re not busy…then proceeds to stand doing nothing silently. Then said what’s wrong with your food? I said look I just want plates and a forks. Upon looking at food it was cooked 2x after noticing them pulling another customers food to the back to switch it to us…gross. Plus it was soggy. I’m not from the area and was traveling thru…nastiest kfc I’ve ever seen. Didn’t eat food and requested refund.

Impressed that staff were keeping tables clean and were friendly!! Asked for an upgrade for a meal and staff were gracious about it. One staff member was engaging with people when they came in the door. Nice to see!! Worked food service years ago and I guess I tend to notice things like that!!

To be fair. West Plains was under a boil water order. The pieces of chicken were small and slightly misshapen. There was not enough gravy on the mashed potatoes and the biscuits were hard. The service was exceptional.

Drove an hour to get there and it says open till 10:00 and it was around 9 and doors were locked. If they close earlier than 10 then they need to change it on website

Absolutely NASTY! and I WILL be contacting KFC, the top pieces in out bucket looked ok, but this us what the bottom looked like.. we will NEVER go back again.. so sad that people dont take pride in there work anymore! I started putting it in a baggy but we will throw it out because it is gross!!

The last 2 times I’ve been there i had to wait longer than I should and I felt ignored it took less time to get back in my car and drive to Arby’s order pay and receive out food than thr time we stood in kfc and waited. I sobt know whats up with the service lately.
