I was getting food for my disabled mother and taking it to her in Nixa, upon getting over to her house I was going through the bag and they forgot our fries on one of the meals and the other looked like the meal was sitting out for a few hours sitting in a tub of grease.

Wow, what a waste of $8. The appearance of the building, staff and food took my appetite away. Gross! Even the bag while being handed to me was gross, crumbled and greasy. The KFC spicy sandwich is a great sandwich but unfortunately the Ozark location has always failed me. Today is the last straw and will no longer be eating at this location. If the corporate office is reading this the GM has to go or you will continue to have the franchise crapped on by this poor management.

I stopped here twice and was disappointed both times. The chicken is luke warm and not properly cooked. I tried the “new” chicken nuggets the second time and they are essentially popcorn chicken. I think they cut up their tenders and just charge 3x as much. A 12 piece chicken nugget was over 7 dollars and it was the smallest box I’ve ever seen in my life. I will NEVER be going to another KFC again.

My wife Spent $60.00 for a meal for the family as we do every Wednesday night for years. Our experience tonight was they forgot half the chicken. ( Okay accidents happen) turned around got the other bucket of chicken. Got all the way home and realized no gravy for the 2 sides of potatoes..I called and someone picked up the phone and rudely said ” yeah?” I had to ask is this kfc, the worker said “yes what do u want”..I explained my situation and he stated ” what do u want me to do” and threatened that if I come back we would be fighting!!! Then he hung up on me , I called back and got a manager who was professional & explained she is working with 15 year olds and alot of new hires. I will never spend another penny at KFC , and will share my experience with everyone I know in this small town. I know customer service is gone , but if u question your order here you had better be ready to first fight!!!

The gravy and slaw lids were not put on, so all of it spilled out in bag, we also paid for 4 biscuits but received none. I called up there and he said he could only replace the biscuits, said he wasn’t responsible for the driver, I said I was the driver because I picked it up. He said do you want the biscuits, I hardly got no out before he hung up on me. Rude! And we will not be going back! If I could do a no star rating, I would!!!

Took my pregnant wife to fix a craving issue 😉 Even though I heard this location was terrible. We got to the drive thur and ordered a $10 chicken bucket. A guy on the intercom asked us if we wanted xtra crispy, we said no, and was told the only had dark meat no breast, so I asked if they has it in xrra crispy. The guy started to say something when a lady rudely talked over him and said they ran out and that she didn’t want to cook more because they were closing. They didn’t close for another 50 mins….. We took our business elsewhere. Save your time and go elsewhere like we did.
