Placed a mobile order and they were 30 minutes late after the time they were supposed to have it ready for pickup. Used to be a decent place years ago but whoever runs it now… it’s not their forte. They are always late at getting the food out. Always a line because it takes about an hour to get food and that’s with only 3 cars in the line and the occasional walk in. Their servings size has gone down a bunch and their breading on the chicken leaves MUCH to be desired. At the price point and sub par service, save yourself the hassle and drive to St Joe or liberty and get yourself some real wings from a hole in the wall

We stopped ny and ordered dinner inside. They were out of several items, which was annoying and dissapointing. The real issues came when after 43 minutes we get the first part of our order (receipt said i ordered at 8:00 pm and we got the first of our food at 8:43). Two minutes later (8:45) we got the rest of our order. I thoight, “maybe the quality will be good” … nope. The fries we got (which was a a back up because they were out of our first and second choice sides) were old and hard. I could see they scraped the bottom of the pan to sort of fill the fry box. The chicken was also old and not worth the money. On the better side, the potato taco we ordered seemed to be deliberately beefed up as to make up for the long wait. It didnt seem that busy (not enough to justify that wait) and no attempt was made to make up for the extremely slow service. There was another customer who had ordered something that was out of stock and paid for it because the cashier wasnt aware they were out. They didnt even get a refund, for whatever reasons, but was given a voucher for the cost of the food … kind of. They werent actually given anything, her name was taken and “kept in the back” and she’d have to ask for the voucher next time she eats there … will mark this as a place to never return to

I came here with my boyfriend and his chicken was pink, don’t get me wrong I’ve seen some interesting chicken so I checked with a few people to see if it was okay and agreed it wasn’t fully cooked. We both work within the Taco Bell/KFC community and we know this wouldn’t fly anywhere else, it makes us look bad as a company. The gentleman who made our food didn’t wear gloves up until we said something aloud, and got an attitude when we demanded a refund, and paid we ended up paying for the drinks. My boyfriend also got a cantina chicken burrito and it was made wrong. We’ve made these burritos before and it was completely wrong. His food was put into the wrong containers. The lobby was a disaster and the trash hadn’t been took out in ages. I would love to see this problem resolved, so that we can continue to enjoy this establishment as a community.

Good all around, ordered custon shredded cheese – bbq chicked sandwich ( lil pricy) when fresh phenomenal. The again when everything is fresh it’s good.

Went in around 8 ish. Basically like a ghost town thanks to he wonderful new belt system people ( at least I ) ovdeed with no problem, got my food in 10 minutes, ( had to make more) lil frustrated but worth it very fresh.

Overall very good, the fries, pot wedges, patotos, mac n cheese, sweet corn all delicious.

Taco Bell is a different story, haven’t had it yet. All I know it that I love tacos.

I just have to say something about what I just witnessed at KFC/Taco Bell. An older gentleman ordered food and the lady waiting on him messed up his order and gave him the wrong food. He went back up and told them and the lady started yelling at him and walked off. The “manager” came up screaming at the gentleman about how he is not going to talk to her staff like that. And continues to berate the gentleman even after another customer tried to tell her he hadn’t even raised his voice. It literally made me sick to my stomach the way that poor man was treated! I don’t know who the man was but I would like to apologize to him for how he was treated by both of those women but especially the manager!

Update: we were all sick in the morning from the food…. Original: I am writing this as we have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins now. Said they ran out of original chicken when we ordered just before 6pm which is the dinner rush. I dont think they know what they are doing in there.

This was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in for a long time. The service was excellent. Several people came in at one time and they handled all of our orders quickly and efficiently. Our order was perfect when we got it. The food tasted great. It was hot and fresh. Big improvements at this restaurant.

Probably the most incompetent fast food stop I’ve ever experienced. We ordered the most simple things in the drive through, 3 chicken strips, and a KFC bowl. I never leave reviews but I left this location so frustrated. We waited outside for nearly 25 minutes, I ended up walking in to cancel my order and get a refund but they finally had our two items ready and were about to walk it out to our car. I grabbed it and mistakenly didn’t check to see if we had everything. Here’s the shocker, we didn’t!!! There seemed to be plenty of staff on hand as well. On top of it all, they were also out of multiple items also. I should have taken that as a warning when we initially ordered our food. I haven’t had KFC in years, and probably won’t waist my time again!

Took an hour to get our food, they were out of white meat. This location is always understaffed. The last time I went they couldn’t take any more orders because no one showed up for work.

Waited and hour for my food only for they to come and tell me that the could give me something different but my order would take an additional 30 minutes before done. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you have a couple of hours.
