For some reason, decided to door dash KFC. Wrong decision. Ordered a 12 piece bucket of legs and thighs (my girls like legs). Delivered with 3 thighs and 4 wings. The sides were correct, but lol, $60 for a 12 piece bucket of thighs and legs… Got 3 thighs and 4 legs. Haha… Never again.

I cannot believe this. I. bought here twice and it’s still freaking the same thing. THEY DO NOT COOK THE CHICKEN RIGHT. IT IS STILL PINK INSIDE. The first time, we got food poisoned from it. TRIED CALLING THEM BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. NO ONE AT ALL. I COULDN’T COME BACK BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK. I ONLY WENT TO PICK IT UP ON MY BREAK. Ordered online. Picked up. Got home and only received half the order, which some was cold and overcooked. Called repeatedly and no one answered. Had to drive back up to the store to try to get the rest of our order. Then try to reheat the first part so that our family could actually eat dinner. Person at window spoke 0 English and was rude in tone. No customer service.

I’ve been going to this KFC location for years. Always been hit/miss but honestly, the last few years it’s been on point till recently. The last 5 orders were all a mix of mobile and onsite orders…..ALL of them wrong in multiple ways. From completely providing the wrong food ordered to no condiments as requested. I’ve tried my best to refrain from having to post this but ultimately, I’ve given plenty of chances and they’ve failed miserably. I’m done.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered our food and drinks which consisted of the Chicken Pot Pie combo that came with a drink and apple pie sticks (or whatever they are called). Got home with no apple pie desserts, very weak sweet tea and awful tasting root beer. Never again!!

I attended the store at 8pm last night. I ordered a 3 piece dinner. Sorry no rolls and then put this that doesn’t represent KFC chicken in any way. And your staff just served it up. I’m not happy at all. This is the worst store in the country for service.
Another time I went thru the drive thru swipe my card. Move up to the next window. Gave me my Pepsi and asked me to wait in the car park. 15 minutes later I had to drive thru again and they told me that my payment failed. Didn’t come and tell me even though I had their can of Pepsi.
I could go on and on as I have KFC for lunch everyday and I work across the road.

And that should apply to work ethic and dealing with customers. Shame on the management here.
I work nearby. I wouldn’t say I stop here frequently and its because their poor service is consistent.
At noon especially when your lunch should be at its peak- why do they serve me cold fries in old grease? There is no one that comes here. So you would think at minimum I could have fresh fries that aren’t dirty brown from old oil.
And I go through thr drive thru
And the girl at the window is fast.
But its more like she is fast to get rid of me. Again there is no one in line behind me. Yet she grabs my card, barely opens her window and sends me off NEVER once with a thank you.
