To the woman who brought out the online orders to the drive through this evening….. You’re attitude and treatment of honest customers is shameful. When you brought out that massive order, I was polite and honest that it wasn’t mine. I simply stated that it was not my order, I had a much smaller order. You had an attitude and looked at me like I was stupid. For the record, I could have just taken that massive order and you would have had to make it again and eaten the cost of the second order, but I didn’t. I wasn’t even rude. Do better.

I have gone to this KFC a few times, I always forget to get this young man’s name. But he’s the reason I go back. He has the most positive energy always has a great smile on his face and when I leave he always tells me to have a safe drive home. I will update this the next time I go with his name. But you need more people like him working there. I just want this young man to know his kindness is very much appreciated

The lady that was working in drive-through asked if I would like to donate some money. I asked what’s it’s for? She rudely cut off the whole conversation and told me my price for my meal. It was really rude to me and I did not appreciate the sudden change in conversation when I would’ve been willing to donate considering the program or situation.

I’ve eaten tons of chicken. To say this was the worst I’ve ever paid for is monumental. It’s the last place I will ever go if I am hungry for chicken. It tasted 3 days old. Dry and leathery. Absolutely gross. I got all white. Two breasts and a wing. Both breasts were dry. I tried them both. I tossed them both. The wing was so lethery, it was easier to chew the bones. Tossed it too. Complete waste of money, Time and appetite. The guy in the drive thru was polite and quick. I feel sorry that his face is associated with this bad experience. I don’t suggest this place. Run….run away and never return.
