Waited over 20 mins in drive thru with only 1 other car. Received our food and every single item was incorrect except our drinks. Multiple food items missing as well. Unfortunately traveling through so could not return to correct it.

I have to say this is the best KFC I think I have ever gone to I ordered 6 meals and although it did take a minute due to them having a new cook. All the food is fresh and the customer service was wonderful. Its rare to have exceptional customer service at a fast food place. The owner/ manager should be proud of their team.

I went today for the first time in years to a KFC to try the saucy nuggets combo. It came with ten saucy nuggets (honey garlic), a biscuit, and medium fries/drink.
Why I had to stand around for a minute or so to order, th efood came out within 2 minutes of my order being placed. It was very fast.
In terms of food, the fries were good but a bit lukewarm. The biscuit was flavorful, but a little dry. I ended up getting a honey packet for it. The saucy nuggets were very good. I was surprised by how juicy ad flavorful they were, while still retaining that peppered, fried taste.
The biggest caveat was the price tag being $10 plus tax. While I really enjoyed my food, it is hard to pay $10 for a combo when Taco Bell, McDonald’s, and Burger King have similar combos with multiple items and a drink for $5-7.
Was it good? yes. Would I get it again? I haven’t decided yet.

Checked into a local hotel and wanted something quick to take back to the room and eat. The girl at the window was pleasant. I ordered a 3 piece original recipe meal with one side of Mac and cheese. I didn’t expect it to be fancy. It’s KFC. But I also didn’t expect it to look half eaten. There were two thighs and one leg. Both thighs were completely without skin or breading, like someone had ripped it off. The Mac and cheese was watery. Just gross. Got a great pizza that no one had nibbled on at the gas station down the street.

We stopped for dinner on our way through from Minnesota to Memphis and we were very pleased with our experience! It was very clean, the staff was very pleasant and attentive. They even came out and asked us twice if everything was ok and if they could get us anything. The food was served quickly and it was hot and tasted very good. We would definitely stop there again.

At 1pn placed a large order for pickup at 430. Arrived at 430 waited till 545 for the food. Manager tried repeatedly to get us to cancel the order. We didn’t (our mistake) everyone who ate the chicken ended up sick that night. What was supposed to be a special celebration went very bad.
