I’m very happy with ordering from this store , regardless of their average score.
I arrived after placing an online order and my order was coming out as I arrived. The estimated time for it ready was spot on. Next, the place was extremely clean. Thirdly, the staff is friendly and appear to ve enjoying their job.
Summed up, you need to give this place a chance and definitely better scores.

Terrible experience. The last 3 times I’ve been here, it’s just been getting worse and worse.
I went today, and the employees couldn’t listen enough to get get the order right. Charged me for a large soda when I said I wanted a medium water from the fountain. The chicken was scraggly looking, soggy, the breading was terrible. The chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The biscuit was rock hard and crumbled apart. There was hard brown crud in the bottom of my mac n cheese. They forgot my second biscuit. Terrible experience, terrible food. Avoid this place and get chicken elsewhere. The drive-through menu was missing half its panels, too. I could barely read the menu inside because it’s angled backward at such a dramatic angle.
DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC…

This location continues to run late on orders, especially while I am door dashing. There is only one employee, a nice young man, who’s ever withheld any sort of customer service standard. The rest of the staff is rude and unhelpful.

Food made my entire family sick to stomach & vomiting. 2nd day tried to eat left over piece from fridge instantly sick again. Skin was removed from chicken & laying in bucket. 16 pieces shoved into 1 small bucket. Coleslaw was sour & warm. Biscuits were all destroyed in tub. Received no butter or honey & asked for it. Servicer at window was very nice & respectful but the food was 100% trash & highly upset. Tried contacting store & got hung up on. KFC you need to do better. You lost a loyal customer

Very Disappointed with this Restaurant. Waited 40 minutes for my order (drive through, lobby was locked). When I got home I found that my order was not complete, I was missing side dishes, the chicken was burnt and dry and the biscuits were hard as rocks.

I am usually really understanding when it comes to food service, but this KFC is always the worst. The service is always slow and you will spend 5-10 minutes just sitting at the drive thru speaker before they take your order, and then another 20 minutes waiting for them to make it. It’s the same if you go inside to order at the counter. I’ve only ever seen 2-3 people working there at a time. If they don’t have the people to staff it, they need to only have either the drive thru or the lobby open, not both.

Removed the only good item (popcorn chicken) in 2023 and now they don’t even have the decency to put the right business hours. Says they close at 11 came I’m at 10 and they were closed. Wasted a whole trip and ruined my appetite, thanks

Do not go here!!!! Wait forever for someone to come on the drive thru box to tell you to please wait longer. Finally order your food to get the wrong stuff. Ordered a chicken sandwich that had more Mayo than chicken. Also got the honey garlic nuggets to try but instead got mango habanero.

Stole my money and no food to show for it. Used the app to order food 2 hours before needed knowing how slow they can be. Showed up a few min early and waited forever to be helped. Finally a worker help and told them here for an online order. Overheard not told they were out of potatoes and asked if that affected my order was told yes. Said nevermind and asked for refund was told had to be done in app. Told manager could not find that option and asked for his help. Refused to show me and said it was my problem as it was an app purchase and noting he needs to worry about. Contact help on app and told needed to happen in store. He I am paid for food and got nothing. Thanks for stealing from me KFC.

My family order for 6 people came out cold. The biscuits were also hard as a rock.The only thing that should have been cold is the coleslaw. But i have to say atleast they gave me everything this time, that is a first. The quality has gone down drastically for what we pay for. I wish they would get on the ball.
