I had a pickup order and had to come in and wait half an hour for it next to a sign that said mobile orders are fast and convenient we’ll bring it to you and the lobby was a mess, sticky floor, trashed tables, chairs everywhere. The kitchen looked like it was cleaned at some point but not in the last month. There were no napkins, then after getting my order 2 out of the 3 pieces of chicken in my big box were so dry they were bland and he gave me a medium unsweetened tea instead of the large sweet tea I confirmed twice that I’d ordered. He was polite though and tried to be helpful in requested substitutions the other ladies I saw him take orders for. My first job outside the ranch was KFC and my boss would’ve fired everyone if his restaurant was run like this one. I hope my review helps turn it around.

I placed a pickup order for 430pm through online ordering. I got a notification at 4pm that my order was ready. I picked up at 435pm and headed home. I opened my 8pc and the chicken looked to be hours old. Breading was hard and dehydrated from being under a heat lamp. I was supposed to get Mac and cheese with the meal and was given coleslaw instead. We don’t eat here often as a family of 5 so we decided to treat ourselves. Very disappointed and will most likely not be back due to poor quality of food. I will take my money elsewhere.

MULTIPLE ISSUES
1. I was asked to come inside when I went through the drive-through to pick up my online order. I told them I had a sleeping baby in the car and would not be coming in. They told me to pull around
2. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come outside!!!
3. They told me they were out of tenders and could give me chicken bites. Okay whatever
4. Waited another 5 minutes and a different lady comes out to tell me she’s out of fries. She said the manager didn’t change the fryer with it being daylight savings 2 days ago. Okay first off it’s fall BACK so that would mean it would be on for an extra hour.
5. She asked me if I got my drink yet. I said no, then she told me they were out of my drink too!
6. Ask for sweet tea as a substitute and they give me unsweetened tea!!!
7. Absolutely NO sauce for my chicken bites when I asked for 2 different kinds on my online order.
This store is an absolute MESS. I waited 35 minutes of my night for some COLD not so fast food. Do better KFC.

Put in order for pickup and when get there doors are locked and when up at the speaker was told order was canceled they didn’t have enough chicken for a 12piece meal!! This is 8pm on a Saturday and close at 10pm. How ridiculous and stupid can you get here. Then saying a refund can take up to 72 hours!!?? How insane and won’t be going back there no more.

KFC is my favorite chicken take out place. I wish this location off Union wasn’t so awful. I always wait a few month and try again. This last visit they thought it appropriate to give the tiniest pieces of chicken in our 12 piece. We are taking wings and legs the size of two quarters. I cannot fathom a worker thinking that, that is okay.
Previously (maybe within the last year) I have seen someone calling while taking and handing out ordered. This place is a hot mess.

The tenders do not look like the ones on the menu. They were tough and not crunchy enough. The product has gone down. We dined in, and almost every table was dirty and wobbly. The floor was sticky and the soda machine clearly had not been cleaned in a while. The older gentleman who took our order was dirty and clearly working his butt off. He was super friendly. But the overall on this store is unfortunately very poor.

employees are so unprofessional. our order was messed up twice and you could hear the employees cussing at each other… mind you, we went through the drive thru. over 30 minutes just to get a correct order.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a eight piece meal and when I got home I opened up the chicken box it looks burnt the chicken was full of Grease including the bottom of the bucket I have been trying all day to call this restaurant considering I live a little distance from the area and the phone has been busy the whole day I am very disappointed in this restaurant at this point I want to speak to a manager and receive a full refund I still have the food I would gladly return it I recommend not patronizing this establishment
