Well we never actually got in to eat. There were 5 different people waiting outside to get food. The door handle was missing so you couldn’t pull the door open. There were 3 workers standing behind the counter staring at us but doing nothing to let us in or communicate. After several minutes one employee approached the door and asked one young man if he was with door dash. He said no and the employee walked off without another word. Eventually a short old lady with fake blonde hair (appeared to be a manager) walked to the door and opened it, but not to let anybody in or provide an explanation. She just started yelling and being extremely rude. If you want to stand inside and not work, that’s fine. Put a sign on the door saying we will stand here and stare, but not provide food. Can’t say much as to the food or interior of the store as nobody got to enter or get food…if I had to guess it was likely just as nasty and disgusting as the manager’s attitude and mouth.

This isn’t a bad place for Saint Louis. I read the reviews before and was expecting them to get my order wrong and give me attitude. That didn’t happen and I guess I can understand the people who work here being agitated by customers. I saw a guy walk in, get ice from the machine, and hold it in his hand while it melted on the floor. I get that it’s hot, but that’s not right and that person didn’t buy anything.

I came through the drive through and order a twelve piece, on the menu the price says 27.99 but when cashier Ciarra charged me she charged 37.99, I asked for an explanation on the price difference. She answered and I quote “Do you want the food or Nah?”. I paid for KY food and left , tried calling the store to speak with a manager I was hung up 3 times and when I finally got through the manager told me to call later cause she didn’t had time. I live two blocks away! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I went here during the SEEK conference, and this is probably one of the best KFC locations I’ve been to. Despite them being extremely busy because of attendees going here, they were super nice and got our food out very quick. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean too. Considering how busy they were because of the conference, I’m impressed they were so kind and quick. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy and good place to eat.

The food was not good at all!!!! The chicken was old and greasy. It sat in the warmer to long. You could see the grease sitting on top of the chicken and the skin was rubbery and green looking!!! The biscuits was soggy inside!!! The soda machine wasn’t working properly. So,I won’t be going back anymore!!!!! The workers were unprofessional, cursing and talking loud enough for all the customers to here,Hug!!! So long!!
