Your name is Kentucky Fried Chicken why was it i got soggy nasty dripping in grease chicken so much so that the skin doesn’t stay on it the bottom of the bucket was leaking by the time I got home it was disgusting then I got all these excuses well its supposed to be that way bull never in my life have I had soggy kfc ever you are so full of it if I have fried pork chops or fried okra its never soggy and all nasty like this was just gross and I wanted to puke so bad

Ordered lunch at the drive-thru this afternoon, and was served cold, hard french fries. These fries were obviously under the warmer for far too long. Went back to the drive-thru and the worker had me pull to the front of the store. She came out and took the old fries and threw them in the landscaping. The worker was rude. When workers dont care, the food suffers. Won’t be back to this location.

If I could leave zero stars i would, rude staff after waiting 10 minutes to he acknowledge for my mobile order then waiting another 10 because food wasn’t ready, my food was soggy greasy and gross! There so much grease in the chicken bucket it literally leaked through on to my counter. The large fries I got were half empty. I will never get food from here again especially when you get it from the grocery store a 3rd of the price and it actually be crispy this is ridiculous.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience was God-awful. The manager argued with me over what I could order and unapologetically and rudely told me they were out of biscuits and almost all white meat. Was told it would take 20 minutes, but waited 45 minutes for my order. Yes, the service moved at the speed of cold gravy. A customer in line ordered a soda, went to fill it up… and surprise: it was out of soda. Quite rightly, he asked for a refund—but the manager immediately hit him with, “We can’t give refunds.” Amazingly, only after two solid minutes of arguing did the manager finally give him the refund he should’ve gotten instantly, along with an apology. I thought I was in the twilight zone.

I had to ask for the drinks they didn’t give me. I also had to ask for the fries they didn’t give us. They only gave us one out of two of our fries and I had to ask again for my other fry order. The fries were cold, they didn’t fill our drinks all the way, and they barely put any sauce on our chicken sandwiches nor any pickles. We’re not wasting our money here again.

I don’t understand this location. You would think ordering ahead online or on the app speeds things up. Nope. The app will tell you that your order will be ready in 20-30 minutes, but you’ll wait another 20 once the app says it’s ready. Whaa? Saw almost no cars enter the drive thru and only one other customer enter the store during my 40+ minutes there.
I was so flustered that I didn’t check my bags. Got home and you guessed it – missing a whole bucket of chicken. I knew better so it’s on me (even though people should be able to do their jobs). I called the store and had to answer MANY questions to prove that I was telling the truth. I was told to come back to the store (a 27 mile round trip for me). It was late so I said I’d be up the next day. Went up the next day, a weekday around 3. No cars in the lot and empty drive thru. Had to tell my story to several employees (and no one ever “checked the book” that the manager told me to tell them to check) before I was told that it would be “at least 30 minutes” for the extra crispy bucket I was shorted. Why does it take so long? Isn’t this fast food? I saw original ready in the case so Ibsaid I’d just take that instead and got out of there. No apology, no offer of even a drink to make up for the time and gas I burned to get what I paid for. Good luck!

2/21/2026 I came for a doordash at 9:30pm. The store REFUSED TO MAKE THE ORDER, THEY SAID THE WERE ALL OUT OF CHICKEN!!! The ENTIRE night staff and manager need to be fired immediately!! This is completely unacceptable. He was also unbelievably rude and threatening when I asked why they were “OUT OF CHICKEN” I asked for the district manager’s number and was told to leave immediately or he would call the cops. I’ll never take another dash here and spread the word to NEVER eat at this location! I’ve came here before and they said they were out of all soft drinks. Something is fishy

Stood 10 min at least to order then he got it wrong I ordered #4. Waited forever again then got out to car it was 4 piece meal on the bone not strips and costed alot more. Then went back in they corrected but he couldn’t even make my change and had to ask someone what change back on a 20 was. I get people are learning and times are busy and short staffed. But at least try and get it right not tell me I ordered a 4 piece meal. I said #4

I placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches and 10 nuggets with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Got to the drive thru and the kid told us to come inside it was going to be awhile. We parked went in and he handed me the food right away. Why would you need someone to come inside for food that was already ready? Upon looking at the bag I noticed the sauces were not in there and we didn’t have our drinks. I asked for everything. It took 2 tries of asking to even get sauce. Then when we opened the bag the nuggets were just shredded up old tenders that were like jerky. The entire experience start to finish was awful. I’m surprised this place can even stay open with how horrible the food and service is. Never would recommend or go back.
