Severely understaffed. Inexperienced help. Continue taking orders while people were waiting 30 mins plus. Asked for refund after waiting 30 mins and it took 10 mins to get someone who knew how to refund. Never got our food. Restroom hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months. Won’t be back.

This KFC is usually fine, but today the service was horrible. The drive thru took so long that I first turned the car off, then I just left without getting my order. What a waste of time. There were only two cars in front of me, and I only ordered a sandwich. They couldn’t have had those two cars pull to a parking spot and not clog up the drive thru? Horrible service. WAY TOO LONG of a drive thru wait!
