Last Monday night We drove 1 hour just to experience KFC yet super disappointed. Luckily my husband has a habit of checking our food orders before leaving. We paid and ordered 16pcs original chicken meal + nuggets meal. So my husband counted the chicken and they only gave 13pcs instead of 16pcs. The chicken doesnt also look good like what being advertised they looked old chicken that got refried. So my husband approached counter about missing chickens and the guy said I thought we talked about it. My husband was like what? You guys didnt say anything. So apparently they run out of original flavor and they just decided not to tell us and gave 13pcs with missing 3. My husband told them we paid for 16pcs and you didnt even bother telling us you will just let us discover on our own? They the guy suddenly changed his tone, why dont I give you fried version(not the original) like nothing happened.
Always check and count your food when you buy here. Our excitement turned to bad experience.

It had been a few years since I’d stopped at Main and Farhnam KFC.
Didn’t want to cook, so pulled through the drive at this location. I’d seen previous reviews for poor service but found the staff friendly and accommodating.
Bought the three piece dark, extra crunchy, and two sides. The meal included a biscuit with honey.
The chicken could have been a little warmer, but that’s an easy remedy once home.
KFC’s coleslaw remains one of my favorite. The potatoes and gravy have changed a little for the better.
All in all, it’s a very affordable, filling meal for the money.

Stopped in put in two orders of 16 piece family crunchy meals. Kitchen was fast, friendly and courteous. Just want to put that out there. The atmosphere was great love the dining room looked really nice. Thank you for a good service experience.

The KFC’s in our area closed down due to poor food quality and service, so coming here on a road trip felt like a gamble but it turned out to be well worth it! The food was made fresh to order and the manager was very friendly. My son is already begging me to drive an hour to go back

The food is KFC good and it was hot but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I now see the horrible reviews saying the same thing, wish I had looked at the reviews before going. I’ll go elsewhere to get fried chicken from now on. It’ll be worth paying more for better service.

They have plenty of parking, with spots for handicap people like me. The lobby is clean and the food is cooked but oh so good. Would recommend.
