Missing my gravy for both my Mashed Potatoes. Missing my 3 dipping cups for my tenders.

My fried chicken looks really sad and it’s soggy unfortunately. Tenders are okay..

I can’t believe this place is still open! Ordered 12
PC dark meat ORIGINAL for delivery. Door dash came and went and I saved the door interaction. KFC decided to give me 1/2 crispy, and the entire order was a bucket of grease! When I called the manager started yelling at me and telling me that it’s Door Dashs fault. She said they should have told me they substituted… huh??? How is it door dash’s fault? How is door dash responsible for their mess up? No call, no sorry, just a frazzled manager who decided to yell at me! Nearly $50.00 for something that wasn’t ordered and the entire greasy order was thrown away. Manager hung up on me. All I wanted was my money back. Never ever again! Pics of the nasty chicken below. That’s how it was delivered!!!!

Ordered food on line to pick up after work. It was ready when we got there to pick it up. Didn’t eat it until we got home and it was the wrong food. We don’t live in Ottawa. Tried to call them multiple times and got no answer. Ordered a breat and wing. Receipts said breast and wing, also states that Your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy. What we received was a leg and thigh, I will be stopping by to get money back since this went into the garbage.

The location is understaffed. I’m sure they’re trying their “best” but nothing will ever change when they keep fibbing their numbers. You’ll place an order online and then they’ll mark it as ready. When you get there you’ll still have to wait 10-30 minutes. Order an insanely overpriced bucket of chicken, and they’ll tell you it’ll be 45 minutes at the drive thru. Guarantee on paper nothing ever takes that long. Understaffed, overpriced, and mediocre food. It won’t be In town much longer at this rate. Regional Manager deserves to be fired, General Manager too.

At 3:30 I stopped for a take out. It took 35 min. to get the $28.00 8 piece meal. They were out of coleslaw and substituted mac and cheese without telling me.. The entrance was strewn with leaves and litter, the kitchen did not look much better. One staff member was helping another with a hair net problem? and preparing food without hand washing.

I live out of town but work in Ottawa, I went there at 10:40 pm right after work and ordered a chicken pot pie. They lied to me and said that they don’t have any until they get their truck tomorrow, on a Sunday, because they were being lazy and didn’t want to make my food. I couldn’t get the desert I wanted either. So I had to settle for something else that I didn’t even want because nothing else was going to be open by the time I got there. KFC in Ottawa needs new employees, the ones you have don’t work. Thanks!

We ordered now twice from these people, and twice they have messed up our order. The first time my uncle had to wait an hour to get his food only for them to mess it up and not have any coleslaw. The second time was just as bad if not worse, They didn’t give him the famous bowls he ordered instead just giving him 2 platters of corn and again there was no coleslaw

I am aggravated with the store and how things are handled. I ordered food at 6pm to be ready at 7pm. I get there at 7 pm and order was never made told me 40 minute wait. I said please cancel my order they said that they couldn’t. That I would have to go through the app. There was no customer service agents available to refund the order. I call the next day and spend 25 minutes on the phone to be in the same position. You all got $35 from me and are giving me a hard time on refunding an order that was never made nor picked up. I will absolutely never come here again very disappointing.

I’m giving this location five stars because they are always short-staffed, yet nothing is ever missing from my order and they are always super nice to me. Never had any bad food despite the terrible job their district manager (most likely) does staffing the store. I’ve worked in food service and it isn’t easy when you don’t have enough employees.
