Went to the Oglesby, Illinois KFC to get a large mash-potato and gravy. Everything is fine besides the fact I only had a 20 on me and they first gave me 9 cents back for a meal that was $4.91. I asked where the rest of my change was and the cashier said I had given him a 5 dollar bill, which is impossible because as I said I only had a 20. They recounted the drawer and said they were only 4 dollars over so I had to have used a 5 to pay. Given how far off their drawer was I’m overall very suspicious of the workers at this establishment.

This was a strange situation. Between the soda being out. The dining room being dirty, and there being so many mistakes with our order, it should probably be a 1 star. BUT the staff were awesome and did there best to make up for the issues and created a very fun atmosphere!

This place is mostly ok. Went today and one of the supervisors was eating chicken and drinking her own drink while masking other food. I confronted her about eating on the production line and she told me it was fine. I’ve worked in a restaurant before. Of course that’s not fine. Asked to speak to the manager “Randy”. He said he’d talk to her about it. I doubt that he will. They really don’t care about hygiene or clean food at this one. Nasty.

KFC have the best Fast Food Chicken sandwiches I have tasted in a long time. Plump and full of flavor. Fries are seasoned and taste great too . This restaurant seemed to have it’s issues on a busy Friday evening which closed the Dine in part of the restaurant so we had to use the Drive thru.

This is the worst place that I’ve ever eaten (or attempted to eat) in my life! My chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and neither was my daughters. The bisquits were hard as a rock. The whole restaurant was so gross and greasy. None of the tables were cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet paper holder was held up by duct tape. Who runs this place. 4 minutes down the road my daughter threw up all over the car. Coincidence….. I don’t think so! Ruined all of us for EVER eating at KFC again!

Not an enjoyable experience in the slightest. youd think amidst a pandemic people would be a little more compassionate toward one another. The manager was super rude even when they were being spoken to kindly. Fries took nearly 10 minutes when I was assured it would only take 4. My friends drink was the wrong size. I asked for ranch and honey and got bbq and honey mustard. Also, how am I supposed to eat my food without plastic ware?
I understand that things are rough right now but youd think since there’s less people coming in everything would be a little more organized. I wasnt impressed at all, I wont be coming back.

Most tables where dirty. The person mopping the bathrooms came out didnt wash his hands only used hand sanitizer then took the customers order. Not impressed. My daughter had the sobo water and it tasted off threw it away. I don’t feel well after eating.

So tonight I went there for dinner, it was about 6pm. I had been in the car the majority of the day and didn’t want my typical McDonald’s and I thought,”KFC sounds great!” I pull up in the drive thru, and me and a couple other people were in the car. We were trying to figure out what we wanted because we were on a budget and we were trying to figure out what would be cheaper. The person who was taking our order greeted us of course and asked us what we wanted. We had told him to wait a minute because we hadn’t decided. He said take as much time as you need. So we were looking, we had already bought drinks so we figured we would just order everything separate. In the middle of decided, well let me just can’t for a second. The reason why it took so long was because the only prices that were on there were sides, or meals. Nothing really individual, which in my opinion isn’t okay. So anyway we had been taking a few minutes but the person taking our order rudely asked us, “Are you ready yet?” We had told him no and I personally was a little irritated because he already told us to take as much time as we need. There was no one behind us so we just continued to look. We finally asked him how much just chicken tenders would be. He said for a 3 piece it was 4.49 but yet the box deal which included, 3 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, a biscuit, a drink and a cookie was $5. Feeling a little irritated we finally decided to get the box deals. So we order and then we pull up to the window. The guy then hands us the drinks. Doesn’t greet us with a friendly hello. He just holds out our drinks and says, rudely, “Here ya go.” And as we were trying to situate getting three drinks he just kind of pushed them out. Then hands us our food and doesn’t even tell us to have a good night or anything. Normally I wouldn’t be as upset but by the uniform he was wearing I could tell he was a manager. A MANAGER! Is this really how KFC allows their managers to act towards customers? Not only does it cause poor service, it also shows the employees that it’s okay to treat people like that. I can understand if you are having a bad day. But if you are a manager then you should know that even if you are having a bad day, you don’t take it out on the customer. Even if they are being a little slow.

We hadn’t been to a KFC in awhile. My wife and I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl and chicken tenders for the road. OMG. The Mac and cheese tastes like soap and the chicken was so covered in grease and some gritty spices, we couldn’t even eat it!! The mashed potatoes were so watery and fake. Toss it all. KFC was always a place you could get pretty good food consistently. This is yet another chain that has gone to sh-t!! HORRIBLE FOOD!

Chicken was cooked in old oil and had been setting in the warmer for God only knows how long. So it was dry and like jerky . People have no clue what the white meat pieces are as opposed to dark meat pieces. Just threw $14 away
