I would give it a minus two if I was able. I spend eighty five dollars and i’ve had better chicken tenders from a gas station. They were all dry. They were all hard and didn’t even taste like chicken.I also did not get my cole slaw. Worst fast food i’ve had in years

I came in around 6:30pm, the place seemed pretty dead. I ordered the chicken tenders, they were dry and the food was cold. The pop machine was also down, so was only offered Coke or Fanta. The employees don’t seem to be professional either.

Ordered the new Nashville hot loaded fry bowl. Literally got fries and dry chicken no pickle no Cole slaw.

I did receive a refund but wow compare this to the picture of what it’s supposed to look like.

They also forgot my cherry pie poppers I used rewards points for.

Attempted to get dinner at approx 730pm (store closes at 9pm) my family was greeted on the drive-thru speaker playing this recording stating they were closed which was then interrupted by a coworker asking us to hold on one second. After several minutes she finally came to the speaker and took our order. We tried ordering a chicken tenders meal, then one of the chicken sandwiches being promoted and were told they dont have the pickles on hand to make it so we attempted to then order two fish filets. We were told they have turned their fryer off and aren’t offering any Long John Silvers products. Very unpleased we left without ordering anything. Not really sure what they had to offer aside cold food since they already started closing almost a hour and a half early.

Went to KFC, Freeport, IL tonight to go through the drive-thru and pick up dinner. After ordering and paying, they asked us to move forward. After about 20+ minutes, the girl who took our order finally brings our food and say “Sorry I completely forgot about your order” and walks away!! On top of that, we get home 10 miles away and my side is not there. Terrible, terrible service!! Don’t go there.

I sure do miss long John silvers! They are friendly, chicken from long John’s took forever and the bowl from KFCs was sitting the whole time the chicken was being made so it was cold. Floor in here is extremely slippery and greasy feeling

Stopped inside to place an order. No one acknowledged me – I waited awhile for someone to take my order. After five or six minutes, I left. I knew they were busy with car orders but they could have at least said they’d be with me in a minute. Service for inside customers is important too

I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. When I got back to work my sandwich had mayonnaise coming down the side so I opened it to spread it out and there was a black hair on it. I do not have black hair. $6.50 for a sandwich and I can’t even eat it. Tried calling but no answer.

We waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes before I asked if it worked. There was only one car ahead of us. They won’t honor the $20 Tuesday bucket meal that was online. They told me I had to order it online to get the $20 otherwise they wanted to charge me over $30. I ended up ordering online. It took less than 1 minute to place the order. After 5 minutes I went in to pick up my order. They told me it would take at least 30 minutes. I told them I already waited 20 minutes and I thought this was supposed to be fast. The next customer came in and he was told 30 minutes also. I had an appointment and couldn’t wait around 30 more minutes. I asked for my money back he said he couldn’t give me my money back. I asked for the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I asked for any type of chicken and to be on my way. He told me there was a shift change and they throw away all of the chicken. After another 10 minutes he offered me extra crispy instead of original so I took that and went on my way. The restaurant was empty and only 2 cars in the drive through. When I got home 40 minutes later I realized I was shorted a mash potato and gravy. The chicken was great but the service was horrible. Just know you might need to wait 45-60 minutes for an order.
