Where do I start, mushy breading barely on any of the chicken, stale wedges from three days ago my toddler couldn’t even chew or bite through it I had to make my own fries. The queso was chunky and was for sure from last week. One of my my breast was missing the other half like how do you even mess up instant potatoes it was like putting cotton in my mouth smh I think this locations employees just don’t care at all I have never had this happen at the 55th st location(update I filed a complaint with the app they didn’t even refund me my money so save your hunger and money for a different location because this place is not it)

I came here all the way from justice, to get a 4 pc leg combo I get home and my chicken is very hard I call the store and the shift leader tried to say that I was lying and her chicken isn’t hard wouldn’t even let me finish talking. My visit was in the evening on 11/26/25- the day before Thanksgiving. I ordered a 16 piece meal and I think I ordered one extra gravy. The cost was over $60. I was looking for the reciept for exact facts, but it must have gotten thrown away. The price wasn’t really my gripe as it was a special occasion because it was to be mine and my grandson’s Thanksgiving eve and Thansgiving dinner, but the quality of the food wasn’t great at all. As a teenager, I worked at a KFC and it was GOOD stuff. I even met the Colonel at a banquet. The way they cut up the chicken is completely different than it was and the pieces are very boney with far less meat. I don’t know how the “Original Recipe” is cooked presently, but in the early 1970s it was cooked in pressure pots. If the pots didn’t seal and pressure wasn’t achieved, the chicken turned out mushy. It’s SUPPOSED to be crispy. Well, our Thanksgiving dinner was mushy, boney, and the mashed potatoes & gravy ain’t great anymore, either. Young people don’t know how much better everything used to be.

This is my second time I order food at this location through the app that I have a bad experience.The first time, the app said my order was ready and I went through the drive through and I was told it wasn’t ready and I had to go inside to get my order. I was so tired after work, but whatever, I went in for them to hand it to me a minute later. Today I was told my order wasn’t ready and that I was going to have to go in and get it. That the chicken was going to take 30 minutes. I was like nope, cancel my order. After a 12 hour shift and picking up my baby and not to mention it’s raining, I wasn’t going to go inside and I left to get food elsewhere. I don’t recommend this location or the app.

Came for lunch around noon on a Friday. There wasn’t a line and food came out quickly and fresh. They had a mix up on order and it was quickly corrected without any hassle. Plenty of seating available here. I would gladly return.

Just visited. I was ignored at the drive-thru. When I parked and came in I found out it was because the drive-thru girl was going on break. Restaurant looked unkempt. Cashier with a flag on hat initially went to take my order. I asked a question and he walked away to service the drive-thru. My total wait time was about 10 minutes. I left after witnessing a food prep young lady use the same gloves to make a chicken sandwich, touch the switches on the drive-thru remote, and then open the chicken door to prep another order.
