Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for cold food! Guy taking orders was very nice, but clearly overwhelmed. SO crazy understaffed with ZERO accountability by management. This location does NOT represent KFC in a positive way– and NONE of the management cares.

Fries taste strongly like fish. Chicken strips are tiny and mushy. Macaroni was old and dried out. The majority of the meal was inedible. This KFC LJS has always been bad. I’m never going back.

Recently my grandmother requested some KFC since another relative had gotten some from this exact location weeks prior, so I got some for her in the afternoon. The man who took my order was very polite, and the chicken we had was fine but the coleslaw … ya’ll. I took my first bite and it tasted like oil and something else strange mixed with it, but it didn’t taste like coleslaw. My grandmother ate some of hers, and she was the first to tell me her coleslaw tasted bad. She ended up deciding to go to the hospital because she wasn’t feeling good afterwards, and thankfully it wasn’t anything serious, but we still had some coleslaw leftover so she wants to get it tested to see what was in it.
Overall, buyer beware. This is the only KFC close to us since the one in Bolingbrook closed down years ago and we haven’t had food here since, but we will not be coming back.

Ordered from the Long John Silver’s part of the menu and got the fish and chicken platter. The fish, chicken, fries, hush puppies and Mac and cheese and were all hot and fresh and ready quickly.

Absolutely disgusting service, the employee could not be bothered with a simple question, when asked about the price me and my father were yelled at from the employee at the drive through. Zero patience and absolutely pathetic and unapproachable staff. Save your money don’t even bother. If management contacts me I will be happy to see how this gets resolved I imagine the employee that yelled at us has more than on complaint. It happened Oct19 at 7:30pm.

Old chicken !! I drove so far to get home to open old chicken! 8/22/25. Check your food before you leave..I was given old food..I would drive back but I just got of work…hungry and tired! My first time at this location and I am never going back there!
