Classic meal today. Worth the trip during the winter storm. I warmed up with a crispy 3pc meal & lemonade. Everything was great aside from cold mashed potatoes. Awesome deals here. Fast service. Welcoming smiles. Clean inside and out. Ample parking. Reasonably priced. I would return in the future; hoping to try the lemon desert next time. Maybe the mashed potatoes will be piping hot for me.

I am so glad I did not bite into this thing!!!!
I just went through the drive-through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, this thing is so old and dry. It looks like it’s been sitting there for hours. The meat on the inside is now gray looking.
I cannot believe that they served this to a customer, if the weather was not so bad outside, I would drive back up there and show them how horrible this thing is!!!!!!

Placed a drive through order about 9:15 PM in the store parking lot. went to the drive through line for pick up. i was told the only way they could fulfill the order was if i would accept Extra Crispy and not the Original recipe order I placed because they were closing in 1 hour and they did not have the order I placed, and they would not make the order I placed because they were closing in 1 hour. I asked how to cancel the order and was told to go to the website I placed the order at. I could not find a cancel feature and asked for help on how to do the cancel, and was refused any type of assistance.

The customer service was awful. The employee at the drive thru window clearly hates her job and made it clear with her attitude. She handed over our food without saying a word, leaving us unsure if the entire order was complete. The whole interaction was unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was a FRUIT FLY/INSECT ON ONE OF THE ITEMS, STUCK DIRECTLY ONTO THE FOOD-not just the packaging. Completely unacceptable service and food quality. This employee probably won’t care about losing customers since it’s not her business, but the owner should seriously consider hiring staff who actually value customer service. This experience was both disgusting and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Ordered honey BBQ wings I got hot honey BBQ wings which I can’t eat anything spicy and it took over 20-25 min to get my order!!! So many employees and to have this other customer who was there before me wait a whole hour for their food!!!! That’s a shame.

I went to the Matteson location first I order 12 chicken only the cashier told me she 9 pieces of original and 3 pieces of crispy . I said ok as long as I get my right amount of white meat . When I got home it was all dark meat. I called the manager she said would give me 6 pieces of white meat it would be 30 minutes. When I got back to the store I waited in line from 8:19 to 8:36. She then told me when I got to the window it would be another 30 minutes she then return to the window with the half done chicken In The pictures.I spent 30.00 dollars and didn’t even get to eat. I’m done going to this location this is the second time for me. Customer service stinks. at this location and the manager is terrible to serve a customer like this

We will not return!! On the website it says it was open for Christmas and it wasn’t!! Not everyone cooks for Christmas!! I definitely understand having your Christmas off with family but if you’re going to be closed then say its closed!! You need to update your website!!

Ordered two chicken pot pies which they rarely have, stated they only had one and would be a five minute wait. Before he could sit down the order was ready. Got home only to find out only one, again only one small piece of chicken in this pie, other one had slightly more. This is ridiculous to pay for something you are not getting. Would have taken it back but it is not around the corner. So Disappointed!!!

Shitty Service, I had to just leave because nobody ever took my order. If me as a customer means that little to you then I’m just gonna bounce. I wish I could give them negative stars. Management if you’re you really need to fire that entire night crew. If you’re hungry, under no circumstance should you go to this location.
