Ordered two 4-piece tender combo meals. One Nashville hot and one regular. We got two Nashville hot orders. Which was okay, I wasn’t in the mood for hot, but i was not super opposed to it. But what we got was tenders with a hint of Nashville sauce. See photos. One is what is advertised on their website, the other is what we got….
This location is really hit or miss lately. You can get a great meal, freshly made… Or you can get what we got today….

Husband ordered xtra crisp. They said 20 min. He waited. I got home we opened food it was greasy and NOT xtra crispy. Called to complain they would not rectify the mistake THEY intentionally made. BAD customer service bad food NEVER getting food from this place again..Stay away.

Stopped by this KFC on 10-25-25 around 5:30pm after hearing honey bbq was back. We ordered honey bbq wing dinners to dine inside and additional chicken to take home. The staff was great. Very polite from taking our order, answering questions and upon leaving. We were satisfied with our experience and the team.

I came into this KFC store on a Wednesday.
It was extremely busy but the management and staff worked very hard to take care of all the customers.
These folks should all get promotions and raises.

Good people need to be recognized. I came today for a simple chicken sandwich. The young lady that works their Christine ( I really hope I got her name right ) has the absolute best vibe. She asked me to pull up front and she’ll bring it out. My wait was only about 3 minutes. She was very kind and efficient. She brought out a couple of orders at the same time. Within those few minutes outside she helped an older gentleman get into his car. She kindly warned another customer about where he was parked to ensure his safety. As I was pulling out she cautioned car pulling in the parking lot. All with a friendly smile. I may have only encountered her for a few seconds but what I witnessed was refreshing. Great customer service!!!! Again, did I mention how fast she was! Thank you Christine!!

Got chicken tenders that were supposed to have sauce but only had a tiny bit of sauce across the top. They were very low in quality there was a piece of tender I couldn’t even chew

This is the new original recipe nuggets. Pretty good but no where near as good as the bone in chicken due to no skin or less fat. The staff was really great. Answered questions without attitude. Very rare. Also, I like they have a KFC sauce which is a mix of honey mustard and BBQ. The place is clean and organized. I gave 4 stars because I expected better flavor. That aside this location and staff are really great!

Sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. Very slow location.

Edit.. 7:12 pulled up 7:54 order gets taken, currently waiting in front of building 8:20

Edit… 8:25 missing both of my fries for both of my famous meal combos and then went inside to get my fries the cooks argued that they gave it to me in a box and I ended up only getting one of my fries

I really wanted to be the person who leaves a different review. I was hoping that my experience wouldn’t be the same everyone else but unfortunately it was. I went to this KFC today to only get sides! When I got to the drive thru the girl instantly told me 1 minute please. No one was in the drive thru and it was 1 person inside. I gave it a minute and I ended up sitting there for 5 mins. When I pulled off I saw the order taker through the window standing by the drink machine texting. Head down just texting away. I really wish I could have gotten a picture but I was soo annoyed. Again, as I’ve stated before these places need to have an adult manager. That’s absolutely unacceptable and again it’s always “us!” Then we cry about not getting opportunities but look at what you’re doing. It’s too many people who really want jobs out here and you got it and this is what you’re choosing to do! Never again! I

Whenever we come here we have a great experience. The only kfc we will go to no matter what area we are in we will drive over to this location. Jenny (The window lady) is always nice and polite to us and gives me and my girl a reason to come back
