Tried to get food – entered the dirty lobby. Waited for 5 minutes but none of the employees came to the counter. They even look at you and then just ignore you. Well – another restaurant which is not serving food. Will get food somewhere else and recommend this to everyone too.

Was rushing to close. Messed up my order. Plus they locked the door at 9p even though it says close at 1030p. Horrible hope this gets addressed so kfc can be better and great again. I was understanding and respectful but seeing how things are it started to push my buttons with them not having anymore chicken telling me it’ll take a whole hour for them to make more. Just so sad the way things are run soon you’ll lose business if it keeps up.

KFC in Hoffman Estates, I see why ALL the reviews are so bad. Been there several times, always had some issue. Today, pay no attention to their menu on their website! They have nothing in store that matches the web menu, items, pricing all different than what they post on their web page. I guess just to draw you in, then upcharge you. Less items, higher prices! The worse KFC ever. These location is terrible, they never are ready, always saying they don’t have enough and they “might” need to cook more, might? They should see if they low and immediately cook more for clients to purchase and not having to wait 30-40 min. At 5:30 literally in the middle of dinner. Bad, bad service. The manager (I’m assuming since she was wearing a different color uniform than the other employees) was very rude in the drive thru. We placed an order and she told us to come back in 30min. We asked if she needed our name or number for reference when we pickup the order and she said “No. Come back in 30min.” Once we picked up our order, they handed it to us and didn’t say anything and walked away. Unpleasant attitude and staff. I understand it’s KFC but you chose that job not me.
