Very clean and they cook fresh chicken and clean grease bc so many chicken restaurants don’t practice this and it tastes awful. This place surprisingly was very clean organized and friendly professional courteous staff. Hope they keep up these standards of service.

Confirmed day of. Food was not ready as requested. Chicken was undercooked, possibly due to running late with the order, but never been a problem prior to this. Manager was kind enough to offer drinks due to the delay.

I ordered delivery through the kfc app. Delivery person apologized upon arrival saying he believed the order was wrong. He said manager insisted it was correct. I got in my car and met Robert the manager at the store. I explained what happened. He told me “I don’t care”. He then said “ it is not my problem”. I will attach a picture of Robert in caze he gave me the wrong name.

Ordered 2 large potato wedges. The person at the kitchen packed a 2 days-old potato wedges to give it to me, the other person who seemed to be the manager, noticed and asked me to wait until a fresh one come out. When I received the order, I noticed, they’ve mixed the fresh order with the that cold, stiff 2-days old one, assuming the customer to be so stupid to find out. Shame!

We walked in with kids. My kids really wanted to dine in. We couldn’t find any clean place to sit. Every table, seat and floor were dirty. We had to take out our order. I paid $46 for 12 pc without drinks. If it helps. I’m not going back.

Tried to get food – entered the dirty lobby. Waited for 5 minutes but none of the employees came to the counter. They even look at you and then just ignore you. Well – another restaurant which is not serving food. Will get food somewhere else and recommend this to everyone too.

Worst experience ever I got from food place. I got there to order food for the first time and I asked if they had 10pc meal, I only heard okay. After I got home, I opened my boxes, I saw only 8pc of chicken. I decided to go back because I realized the food was not enough for us anyways After I came back to the KFC. I told the cashier girl first 2 pcs were missing, Another girl with bleached hair came from the back and scolding me like her child. When my voice was not that high, she said stop raising my voice. She insisted I ordered 8pc meal because they do not have 10pc meal. How would I know if she does not explain to me. She should have told me that when I was making my order. When I told her, I only heard okay after my question, she treated me like a lier. Because she was treating so harshly, I asked for the manager, the manager was not there. So I asked for the phone number, she said it is on the receipt. I told her she did not give me receipt. She insisted she gave me. Of course I checked my purse, the food bag and the car for the receipt before I went back to this place. When I asked for the copy of my receipt, she said she cannot. Because I need to tell the manager whom I am talking about, so I asked her name, she said she is not going to tell me her name. She should not be doing any customer skill required job. I worked with customers in my entire life, never ever treated my customers like that. I was so shocked and speechless and left this location. This is my first ever time writing complain. I understand service job people because i am in this undustry, but that bleached girl at KFC seems like do not undesrtand her job very well.

Can’t express enough the night shift manager of this location nice Latin lady completely went above and beyond especially closing in 25 min. I asked if she could fry me up a fresh chicken sandwich this late in the night and she delivered. Awesome customer service she needs recognition her name is Mary. I go to other restaurants and they will tell you nope not this late. I appreciate you and your staff Mary thanks again. I will be back

Don’t eat here!! the place is filthy. We saw flies flying all over the place in the middle of the Chicago winter. The chicken tenders also smelt a little burnt.
