They used to be good now it’s either dry as heck or the outside is dark and tastes burnt. No sense of complaining anymore as you never know what you are going to get from this place. Will not be going back to this location. For the money they charge you would think they would make it a point to make sure your were getting good food!!! The people saying the food is good are lucky as that is not the norm.

The guy taking our order was extremely rude. If he doesn’t like his job or dealing with people, go somewhere else. It smells really bad of mildew in the lobby like some old wet creepy basement. Disgusting to serve food in an environment like that. Food was just cold.

Got the new chicken wraps! The tortilla on 2 were old and crispy. The chicken was very dry. Definitely not fresh. Didn’t look like the picture! Definitely not going back to that location. I’ve had dry chicken at this one before. I’ve never had bad chicken at the Bridgeview location. The outside speaker is broke too. Looks clean inside but outside needs some TLC.

Drive thru speaker not working, signs that are misspelled telling me to order because they can hear me but the alarm is not working. I yelled hello at the speaker, but no answer. I drive up to the window and the guy there was rude and basically said I was supposed to yell my order at the speaker even though there is no answer or sound of any kind to indicate that they took my order. Go to a different location for better service.
