This was honestly one of the best fast food experiences I have had.
We ordered inside at the counter. We got a couple of pot pies, chicken, and sides for four people, plus a drink to go. Before I even had a chance to sit down and wait, our entire order was already ready. It was less than two minutes, which was surprising considering how much food we ordered.
I brought the food back to our business nearby and the quality matched the service. The pot pies were fresh and tasted great. The chicken was hot and cooked perfectly. The sides were all very good and everything was exactly what we expected.
I was really impressed with how efficient and organized this location is. Fast service is one thing, but fast service with great quality is not easy to find.
We have been back several times since and plan to keep coming back. Great job to the whole team. I definitely recommend this location.

I haven’t been to this Kentucky since last year now I know why. Definitely has gone dwn hill. Chicken made poorly/sloppy. My buscuit look eaten. Terrible! Will nvr go here again!!!

I’m a regular visitor to this specific location. Though I live in Glendale Heights, the drive is absolutely worth it for the quality and service we receive. The manager, Arianna, consistently provides exceptional service. She’s always smiling, incredibly helpful, and her friendly demeanor makes you feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent service seems effortless because she’s a natural people person. We truly appreciate her dedication and will continue to visit this KFC specifically to see her.

The chicken was perfectly hot, crispy, and bursting with flavor – exactly what we were in the mood for. The staff was both friendly and efficient, getting our order ready in less time than we anticipated. The workers here are very nice and polite as they also tend to be fast with orders. They always try their best to handle big crowds of people with big orders giving them out as fast as as they can and letting people know how long the wait may be for anything us customers are wanting to wait for and always let us notified on how long the wait will be over time

This place is a joke!!!! 7 o’clock at night & they have no chicken ready!!! Original or crispy!!!! On a Saturday!!!!! There open til 10:30!!!! There already shutting down the friers!!! & Then if I wanted to wait it’s 35 minutes for hot chicken!!!! How does the manager allow this to happen???? She was even cleaning too!!! & This isn’t the first time that this has happened here at this location. How does a customer go to this establishment to get dinner & your already closing! I don’t understand, are the employees trying to get this location closed on purpose? Or maybe it’s time that corporate send some one here to investigate what the hell the employees are here!!!!

Was there last night, got a family meal 8piece w/potatoes and slaw.potatoes and slaw were fine but when I opened the lid on the bucket of much anticipated chicken I was so disappointed looking at that bucket of mush. It’s like somebody threw the chicken in the bucket and shook it up like a can of paint .it certainly wasn’t extra crispy just extra mushy and oily. What a waste of twenty dollars for garbage. Well, that was last time KFC, your Chicken has declined so much over the past years and with my experience yesterday , you lost me as a customer. It’s terrible there’s apparently no quality control anymore .Good luck in the future, your certainly going to need it.

So fresh and so clean clean. This is the cleanest KFC. Not a huge fan of the food but it’s clean and the service is friendly! Way expensive for small pieces of chicken. Almost the size of pigeons.
