How does a chicken place on a random Tuesday not have any chicken? I mean there wasn’t even a football game going on. And then don’t get me started about the fries. I love their fries but they were out! I’m not going to wait 20 minutes just for fries. Overall KFC makes good food but only when they actually have it ready to be sold

We come to KFC about once a month. They have some new menu items, so I decided to give them a try. I got the original and spicy Mac and cheese chicken wraps. Flavors were pretty good for fast food, but the size was a little small. The chicken was moist and had the typical KFC seasonings. I got the meal so it came with a drink and fry. Might just go with the original sandwich next time.

You should check that the lid is securely attached to your bowl of cole slaw. Quite a mess in my vehicle. Good thing that I bought 2 containers because one container didn’t have any dressing on it when I got home. Such a disappointing experience.

We came to this location because Facebook showed me a $10 deal, I asked the guy If I can get that special and he said that an online only and he can’t Honor the special , I went back to my phone and freakyn special dissapear , I cant find it anymore so we end up paying Regular price very dissapointed .

The food and service was really good! We will definitely eat here again. A lot of KFC locations have sadly gone downhill in recent years, but this one blew us away in comparison! Very friendly staff and nicely decorated.

I went the 294 Randall Elgin Illinois store at 5:48pm January 13 2024. Upon ordering a 12-piece meal, Kayla (appeared to be the shift supervisor) informed me they were out of any white meat chicken, because she didn’t want to make too much if they were slow and ran out. She asked if I would wait 15-minutes and she would prepare fresh chicken. I agreed and stood there waiting until 6:25 and then asked another server where was my order. She informed me the kitchen made the wrong chicken and when I became agitated, Kayla retuned from sitting in an office and told me it would be another 15-minutes! I told her I had been standing there like a dummy for 45-minutes (it was now 6:29pm) and demanded my money refunded. I watched cars being tuned away at the drive through the entire time. As she was ringing up my refund, I reminded her that a manager doesn’t sit in a chair when things on the floor are messed up! She should be fired immediately for total incompetence. All the above may sound trivial – but try it for 45-minutes and not even eat, then see how you and your family feel. The place is a filthy dump and a good reason why so many KFC’s are closing.

Almost perfect! We had to stop in cuz the KFC near us closed last year. We got two sandwiches that we ate there and the 16-pc bucket deluxe to go. It would have been perfect but they forgot our 8 biscuits.
