This has to be the worst chicken restaurant! The pieces of chicken tenders were tiny, overcooked, dried out….awful!! The “bowl” was equally disgusting and more like a soup bowl because of so much gravy and not much of anything else. Again tiny, overcooked chicken pieces in it. Even the biscuits are tiny now…and also overcooked and dried out. NEVER again! Back to Raising Canes or Chick-fil-a. The 5 pc. chicken tender dinner was $12.39 before tax and the bowl was $5.79. They also forgot my taco bell burrito when I went thru the drive-thru (they did charge me) and when I went in they never even apologized and when I asked them about the size of the chx tenders they said “yes, they knew they were really small now but nothing they could do because that’s just the way they came to them.” That may be true but I’m sure they didn’t also come to them overcooked, hard and dried out! Nor did the bowl come to them the way they served it to me, yuck!

Food was the worst I have ever had. Ordered a bucket of chicken there. I wanted original, which they didn’t have. So I went with the crunchy. Got home to notice that the chicken was harder than a hockey puck. So dried out. Will never go there again.

I got food from here twice 1st time Famous bowl and pot pie and 2nd time double down(they gave me chicken sandwich instead so I went back and got double down). And Famous bowl was not as good as usual. Chicken pot pie no problem. Good service pleasant people.

Food tastes good but very upset that the sauce I ordered didn’t not come with it so pretty much wasted my money because nobody eats chicken tenders and fries dry, not even a 2 year old. I ordered to eat with my grandmother who has no condiments whatsoever. I wanted to call and have them delivered but cold chicken is even worse. So beware if you order from here and sauce is half of why you’re ordering in the first place! So disappointed

Disgusting!!! The food is old and dried out. The mashed potatoes had been sitting so long it started to dehydrate and had a visible crust line. The chicken is so old, it’s heat dried into a solid brown disgusting chunk. Seems like it’s a family owned store and they are knowingly selling old food. Do not eat here. City officials, KFC corp. please shut this place down, they are feeding people old left over food!!!

The order was quick and the lady was nice… But the chicken sandwich was lukewarm and hard and chewy. They probably left it on the rack for hours before putting it on the sandwich. I don’t think I have ever had a phenomenal experience at this KFC… I wish management would do something about it

They’re pretty quick with their order prep and getting customers out . Can’t complain. I had a great time with family. Fastest i ever got food from this place and it was fresh and well cooked. KFC is stepping up their game. Good place to eat at.
