We went on a Tuesday and took advantage of the 8 pieces for $10 deal and got the crispy drumsticks and thighs.
The chicken tasted great, the pieces were large and the service was excellent. I don’t know of a KFC with a great atmosphere.
All of this represents a significant departure from my most recent experiences with KFC.
Their chicken is among the best in their category when they just do what they’re supposed to do.
They seem to like to experiment with money-saving schemes that seriously detract from the chicken’s quality.
It seems that right now they’re trying to re-establish trust with the fried chicken buying public by putting their best foot forward. Let’s see how long it lasts.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Let’s begin with the fact that the people who work here do not know the difference between a thigh and a breast, not to mention they are very rude and don’t fully acknowledge and understand what’s being said regarding the order yet they’re angry and impatient as well as the reason for the delay

I come here every so often, but about 4 months ago stopped because the food had become almost inedible. Recently came back and was pleased to find the whole place remodelled. The whole place is very clean, including the bathroom. As a male, I can assure you the men’s (or as they say, gent’s) bathroom is very clean and almost everything is hands free. The food is WAY better now and just as good as a few years ago, maybe even better. New staff is friendly and helpful, definitely gonna come back here more often! Also, try the popcorn chicken, you won’t regret it.

I asked that my chicken get a little extra cook time due to the soggy bottom of the thighs. I stood to watch if the instructions were done correctly. I even asked the server if he had cooked the chicken a little longer and was told a BOLD-FACE LIE, yes. If I pay for my food, why is it so hard to follow simple instructions? This is the second time they have lied to me. NEVER AGAIN!

Dine-in finally opened! Love the $5 fill up box, K-1. I was hungry & so glad I didn’t have to eat in the car, everything was great. The restaurant was clean until I tried to get a refill of my Mango Brisk Tea, the 1st time I drank it was amazing. Then the second time around it tasted watered down, I told the cashier & waited about 10 minutes & tried to run it thru but it still came out watered down & clear. The manger saw me having difficulty but didn’t offer help or a solution. At the end, I got tired of wating for them to change or fix it, I had to leave with another drink.

I like y’all but as the picture shows, where’s the gravy at? I noticed after I got home and it was just too late.
Update: another day, another mistake. First they took the wrong order down. Went up to pay at drive thru and asked me if I had ordered “30 dollar fill up”. Told them no, I ordered 16 piece meal with a coupon. Got charged came home, no receipt and missing four biscuits and a cole slaw.
Avoid this location at all costs or at least be prepared to go through your order on the spot.
