I had a really good experience at this KFC. The food was good, fresh, and tasted exactly how you’d expect from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, and everything came out quickly, which made the visit even better. It was satisfying and definitely worth it.
The staff was very nice and friendly, and they made ordering easy and smooth. They were polite, patient, and welcoming, which really stood out to me and made the whole experience feel more positive.
Another thing I really appreciated was how clean the restaurant was. The dining area, tables, and floors were well taken care of, and it felt comfortable to sit and eat there. It’s always a big plus when a place looks organized and not messy.
Overall, the food was good, the staff was very nice, and the restaurant was clean. I had a great experience and would definitely come back to this KFC again.

Ordered dinner for pick up they forgot half our order, Chicken was so dry it was un edible. I opened the mashed potatoes and right on top there was a hair on it? Brought the whole order back and asked for the manager, the employee said they had no manager working dinner service. They refused to give us a refund. They gave us his number and he told us to call the 800 customer service number. They never called us back. We will Never eat there again

I just tried calling at 8:05 to order chicken and nobody picked up. Granted, they close at 9 o’clock but someone could have picked up. I called three times and it just rang and rang and rang. That is not good customer service.

I placed a mobile order for rapid pickup. I arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. It hadn’t even been looked at yet. It’s not that I waited long; it’s the principle of the thing. Why order ahead if they’re just going to ignore it? The food was its usual passable quality, nothing more. But I didn’t expect anything more. The mac and cheese is pretty awful. The biscuits are still good. I rarely get food from KFC; it’s not worth what it costs. Just wanted to give some tired kids a treat.

Today was one of those days you just didn’t want to cook and I have my nephew with me and we asked him what he would like to eat and he goes. Oh, let’s go to KFC because it’s the closest ! The little lady who attended us was awesome and very polite and professional. Also we came at a perfect time with no wait.
