I waited in line for 20 min before getting my food, raced back to work to eat my lunch only to find out that I got the wrong order, had ordered a 5 piece tender with mashed potatoes a small fry and soda, but received 2 pieces of fried chicken bone in that I can’t eat at work as it’s messy, and just a side of mashed potatoes and my soda. And the receipt isn’t even legible! Won’t be going here anymore!

The young lady with glasses at the window was very nice and quick and efficient when taking our order and getting it out. The food was great! The customer service was exceptional! The young lady used a nice voice and made sure she got everything right and double checked the order! I hope that young lady with the glasses is my cashier again. I went another time and this young lady with short hair was super nice too she would be awesome to see again!

I can’t recommend this chicken joint to anyone. Ordered a 12 piece for a lunch with family and the skin/ dredge had fallen off and was soggy and not crispy consistently and was at the bottom of the bucket… chicken was insanley greasy and pretty salty. Their main product has gone downhill in quality big time. Drive through only too. In my opinion, if y’all want good crispy chicken in bitteroot Missoula area, go to double front or daves hot chicken. even popeyes chicken is a better option at this point. Drive kfc outta business so we can get a better business here. Waste of space.

The cashier was very polite and professional and asked if I could wait for about four minutes for my order. After over fifteen minutes I had to leave as not to be late to work. This feels like a failure of management to properly staff on a Sunday night. Will be coming back to see if I can get a refund or remake of my order.

The food itself isn’t that great, but the service makes up for it. Many vegan and vegetarian options although I am a meat eater. The atmosphere wasn’t perfect, but that’s not what matters. The smell of the chicken was super good and it was perfectly greasy. I would recommend.

Lobby is usually closed which isn’t a big deal. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Came through almost around closing time and I got tenders for free! Why throw them away and waste all that food?? They understand. They got you. And you will have good, hot and ready KFC!

Just picked up chicken sandwiches at the drive thru like we have done frequently. Sandwiches tasted off, like the chicken wasn’t fresh. Ended up throwing them away rather than take a chance on getting sick.

Stopped by the KFC drive-thru tonight with a friend and had such a great experience! The guys working had amazing customer service so friendly and upbeat. It really makes a difference when people have such a positive attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty too. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
