We stopped here one night on our way home. The lady working the drive-thru was nice. The food was extremely disappointing and I do not recommend it. My husband’s chicken was not even cooked thoroughly, the kids chicken was the tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen, and mine was so burnt I couldn’t even chew into it. Also the mashed potatoes and gravy was pretty much gravy with no potatoes. And the biscuits I thought we’re going to be the only good part until we tore them in half and you could taste the flower and doughiness of about being cooked thoroughly.

Went to the location on 27th Thursday Jan 22 at 6:30 pm and the lobby was closed so I had to walk back and get my vehicle so I could go through the drive through. I simply ordered 2 famous bowls and when I asked why the lobby was closed the kid at the drive through said they were short staffed so lobby was closed. I finally get my food and when I get home there is no chicken in the bowl and the instant mashed potatoes weren’t even fully dissolved so half a bowl of of dry potatoe powder chunks with some gravy is what we got. Another note to mention is when the lobby is open it’s always so dirty you can’t find a place to sit anyway but when it’s 10 degrees outside one should think about their community and open the dang doors. I counted 5 employees through the window and seeing as I have managed a KFC I know the demand each position requires. In all it ruined the evening bad enough I feel I should share my experience and I don’t do that often. It’s obvious that like a lot of other KFC’s the lack of qualified management on site will most likely be this locations downfall. I smell a slim chickens coming to 27th already……..

Ordered a family meal. The potatoes were not mixed fully and smelled like raw sewage. I called the store to let them know and got, “Oh.”
Update: Corporate sent a $5 voucher to make up for serving food that probably would have landed my family in the hospital.

We were staying at the home 2 suites next door. They locked the doors before 7pm on Saturday 9/27. I walked over there about 6 to ask some questions. The staff never told me they close the walk in early. So at 7 we walked over and the door was locked and they were dancing around with the earbuds. They suck!!!!

Having to complete orders online is stupid and they don’t get it correct. Ordered two potatoes and gravy and got a macaroni and cheese . No butter or honey for the biscuits, no silverware! So you get to eat your potatoes with your fingers.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches at 2:51 pm. It took me 10 minutes to drive back to work. The sandwiches were ICE cold. It took me 2 times to get someone to answer when I called. I asked for a refund and was hung up on. NEVER going back and I feel sorry for anyone that spends their hard earned money to go there.

Food was great! Service was good, but we had trouble getting our order to go through on the app, so we missed out on the great deals. Apparently the problem is that the store can’t help with the issues and the help option on the app is the same. Get your stuff in order, KFC!! Stop making offers on the app that can’t be utilized at the stores.
