Been eating here for many years. Never had any problems with the food!! The chicken is always hot and delicious, and the coleslaw & biscuits are so good. The drive thru was slow, but got thru within 20 minutes. It was around 530pm. The guy in front of me drove off because the line wasn’t moving. Really can’t complain because they deal with doordash orders. Looked like they were short staffed too!

Door dashed a 12 piece bucket. There are no breasts in the order. Just a bunch of legs and thighs. The 3 sides are only half full. I’ve gone through the drive-thru several times. You have to to check your order before you drive off. They’ll short your order. If you order a 3 piece they’ll give you two. This location needs some competent management.

After a long trip, I walked in feeling hungry and was pleasantly greeted by a warm smile in a cozy little spot. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and chicken nuggets. The chicken was fresh and juicy, and the fries and nuggets were excellent. I definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the area.

Stopped for lunch. Service was poor. Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets. Small corn dogs. The tenders were dry and cold. The fries were so cold I left them. Now the new nuggets were hot and so good I will be ordering them again. Also had A&W at same counter.

I wish I could give no stars for how freaking long we waited it took 55 minutes too get two pot pies and some tenders cause it took 20 minutes to cook the pot pies I understand waiting the 20 minutes but 55 minutes is ridiculous then the manager had the nerve to argue with us about that she personally put them in and they only take 20 minutes that’s great why did it take so long so to “fix it” she gave us a cake after then arguing with us again about how she can’t give us chicken because it’s too expensive we will not be returning if we come back this way fast food my ash not to mention we wanted to stop for something quick and easy. Cause I live over 400 miles away the last thing I want to do is wait 55 minutes for food then get disrespected by some manager who thinks she knows better This was everything but quick and easy! AND NOT TO FREAKING MENTION THEY FORGOT MY DESERT ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!

First time to visit this KFC. I’ve hesitated because of the bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I used the drive thru. They were fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. The only thing they did wrong was that they seemed to give me an extra piece of chicken — best “mistake” ever! I’ve had KFC chicken in the past at different locations that was dry, but these were moist and tender. And the fries were perfect. I still miss the potato wedges, but these fries were great. No complaints!

Employees are not accurate and don’t seem to care!.. manager has an attitude showing her “non concern “ didn’t recieve what was asked and very slow service!.. not cool!.. as a secret shopper!..
Asked for specific “3 wings” and could not be purchased VIA managers Words!
Didn’t quite understand that situation, But not seeing that establishment continuing if they don’t change the work ethic and the times on service!

If only I had read the reviews for this place prior to going, I likely never would have gone. KFC is my second favorite Chicken restaurant, so whenever I travel I usually seek one out. I arrived at this location Sunday evening around 5:15 pm, prior to the dinner rush. I pulled in and the first red flag was a sign on the door stating that the lobby is closed, drive thru only. So I got in the drive thru line where there were 3 cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the mic to order, I placed my standard order, which is to request a 4 wings dinner, original, with cole slaw and french fries for the sides. To my surprise, the young lady on the mic told me that she could only give me a wing and a breast, or a wing and a leg, but not 4 wings. Now this is at 5:15 pm, a time when you would expect that there is an abundance of chicken pieces. So I asked her why she could only give me one wing and she replied that she had to save wings for other customers! Now, it’s not like I ordered a bucket of 50 wings. I ordered 4 wings. So, after trying to give her some other options, including crispy wings, she finally replied that she couldn’t give me those either. Now, it woud seem to me that any right thinking individual would want to sell their product to the customer in hand, instead of hoping that someone else will come along and by that product. And is my money not as good as anyone else’s? Anyway, I drove off and had a wonderful dinner across the street at the King Buffet. Unfortunately for this KFC, the management apparently does not read the reviews about their restaurant, as most of the complaints and negativity are directly poor service related. So management, or the owners, need to think about retraining and support for these folks. And like with the issue of the lobby being closed, most likely it’s due to lack of staffing, which is a problem transcending just about every industry, but is especially pronounced in the fast food sector. So I was not able to rate the food because I did not receive any, and not able to rate the atmosphere because I wasn’t allowed inside.

Horrible experience! We ordered a 16 piece family meal and instead of getting what it says we are supposed to get on their menu we got 1 breast, 4 wings and 11 drum sticks. The 4 large sides were only filled about half way at most. On a couple of them we could actually see the bottom of the bowl. Our family of 4 should have had left overs but didn’t because of the small amount of food we actually got.
