Stopped last night 5:30 and was told they had no chicken at all. Yet they were open and people were just standing around. I just don’t understand this horrible service.
I made an online order to save time so I could get back home to the game. My order was to be ready at 5:31, I received it at 6:15. When I arrived I was asked to park inside. I had to give them my name 4 different times to different people. Then I had to sub out part of my original chicken for extra crispy. The chicken was cold and dry. The original was fine. There were several others waiting for their online orders as. It was absolute chaos. I will never return nor recommend. KFC used to be a big deal for our family game nights. I think there are plenty other places in town to get our game night foodies from.

Ordered 80 dollars worth of food for dinner for the family. When we arrived to pick up our order the lady assured us that everything was in the bags, I felt confident in her words and trusted her enough to not double check the order before I left home. You can only guess what happened next…… Opening the food we see that half of our chicken order is missing. Tried calling the number listed and it gives a busy signal. Im 8 miles away and you better believe im driving back up there for the rest of my order. Very disappointed

Have been a frequent customer who knows there’s always a long wait at this drive-thru. While parked and waiting, my husband went into to fix my drink order and witnessed the drive-thru employee (unsure if they were a manager, but they have served on past occasions, name was Danielle) making very rude comments about myself in front of other employees and patrons. He wasn’t noticed until a different employee bumped into him attempting to deliver our order. He noted she looked shocked and embarrassed to have listened, but overall I’m sure we are and have since taken our business elsewhere.

In drive-through, ordered the 16 piece chicken dinner with coleslaw, potatoes, and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was delicious!! The gravy was the most watery I’ve had. Everything was fresh and tasty; however, when we got home, we realized we had only been given a 12 piece meal. Dwayne went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service for us by making the order right. Amazing customer service!!!!

Came to KFC in Bismarck north Dakota for some food for the family. We spent 5 minutes in the drive thru. After paying they asked us to move forward which we did. We spent 20 minutes waiting. I finally had enough and went in. While I was in this dirty restaurant, 11 doordash orders were handed out. 5 people walked in and ordered then got their orders. We finally got ours. I open the bad to four of the smallest chicken straps I have ever seen and no sauce.
Save your time. Never go to this dumpster fire of a restaurant…

Service is absurdly slow. I walked in to make an order and it took several minutes for an employee to make it to the register. The first 2 minutes, I wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the employees passing the register. After that, an employee from the back would yell “We’ll be right with you” every so often for the next 5 minutes.
Once I finally did receive my order, my food was decent.

I ordered KFC bowls. Once home to eat them, we discovered the chicken in them was cut in half, looking to be trying to cut corners. The taste of the bowls also was not like they used to be. Very disappointed.

The manager berated an employee in front of customers which I felt wasn’t necessary. In my opinion he should have waited and taken him aside. I placed an online order to be picked up at a certain time and ended up waiting 30 minutes longer than I should have. The manager was very rude and highly doubt I will ever go back
