We ordered through Uber, they dropped off wrong food, when called they say they couldn’t help and they were busy then. Yet they packed up the bag but didn’t check it? Really? Was their fault and they charged us it. Bad customer service. Since it got to us less than 6 minutes I assume they just had another bag already packed and threw it to a guy who works their for Uber and figured we wouldn’t complain.word of mouth gets out faster than they think

I haven’t been to KFC in a while and my family and I went to eat there and it was so good and I tried the chicken fried steak and i have to say for the price it was really good and it was a good portion too and the employees were very courteous and the food came out really quick … I will Definitely be back again soon

The service was friendly but the kids meals were absolutely garbage. The nuggets were shriveled chunks of skin with very little meat. Very poor value for a kids meal @$5.19.

I love KFC for their food, but the attitude and rude behavior is uncalled for. Today I went on my lunch break and had no issues until waiting for the food. No other cars in the parking lot/drive thru and I was told at the window the food would be right out by the cashier. Out of nowhere the manager angrily opens the window and snaps at me, letting me know “You were told to pull ahead” while giving me a nasty look and handing me my food. I was being scolded for something I was never told to do… I have no issue following directions and being courteous, but the misplaced anger was a huge turn off. What a terrible way to treat your customers. I wont be returning.

We expected to go fo KFC to get food like a normal person would. Instead me, a grown women gets ditched at by a teenage boy. First we get there, the car in front of us places the order and so we scoot up. After waiting about ten fifteen minutes I call auto zone to figure things out for my car. The boy comes back and he says something so I think it’s time to order. Instead he says “ma’am I’m not taking your order. I only came back to tell you it’s going to take longer”. His tone was unnecessary when saying this. I keep my cool and say okay and I continue to wait. The women three cars behind me throws her arms up so I tell her that he’s the only one there and it’s gonna take about twenty or thirty minutes. The boy then comes back and says “ma’am it has not been thirty minutes, you can leave. Im not serving you. I will call the police and have you removed and arrested”. For what? For waiting and telling the lady behind us that it’s going to be a while? So just because I’m waiting to order with my kids in the car he’s gonna call the police and have me along with my kids arrested for not leaving due to us just wanting to order some food. We had a rough day, I figured my daughter’s would love to go to their place and get some food so I could cheer them up. Instead we get threatened to be arrested and ditched at by some teenage boy because his manager left him there all alone. We were more then willing to wait but instead we had to leave or risk being in a bigger situation that was unnecessary. In general my daughters couldn’t even be cheered up and Instead the day got even worse for them. This so called customer service turned out to just be the worker threatening me and my young daughter just for informing the lady behind us it would be a bit of a wait like any other person would. My daughter’s just wanted to go to their favorite food place and enjoy something they loved but I guess not.

Never been a fan. Chicken is ok if you want small and old pieces of overbreaded chicken. Over priced for what you get. Pizza Ranch chicken is much better tasting. Bad location to get into and out of. Update: Wendy’s hot honey chicken is far superior. Take notice KFC. UPDATE AUG 4TH – come on people whose checking to ensure the order is correct? No one is the answer. Just got home with the “fill up box” to find no sauces. Four slots all empty. Order the 4 piece tender dinner, again no sauce, 8 piece nugget dinner, you guessed it, no sauces. WHT bother to ask if you aren’t going to give them out. Just close ad it’s not worth coming back for low grade food.

My friend and I went through the drive thru today we wanted to order on different transactions they said they only allowed one transaction through the window. When pulling up to the window we asked the lady and we can slit the total half cash and the rest on card and she turned around and told the other guy and that same person came and said we won’t allow it and I said Oky we weren’t not rude or anything this guy literally slammed the window and said im not doing this we were shocked we didn’t understand why he was rude then he opened up the window and scream and said I cancel your order im not giving you the food. We left and we were shocked on how can people work on fast food restaurants and still be rude they seriously need to have better customer service. Never going back.
